Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient to work Accommodations are very nice. Cleaning staff does a good job cleaning, however they sometimes forget to replace coffee. Front desk folks are always nice and greet you with a smile. Bar is nice, though drinks a bit overpriced, and food is okay. If you're traveling on business as I do when I stay at this location, you're going to be very disappointed in their "High Speed Internet", there is nothing high speed about it. If I need to do anything online, I stay at work after hours because internet at this hotel is so slow it's literally useless. This location is very close to my Houston office, so that's a big plus. Also, my company gets a nice corporate price, otherwise I would not pay the normal rate to stay at this location. December 15, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel and Highly Recommend The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The food in the restaurant is okay, but recommend you eat out if possible. The room has a mini-refrigerator but no microwave-this is the difference between this hotel and the one at Westchase a few miles away. We like have the microwave as well as the frig. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Westway Hotel was typical Holiday Inn (a good thing) however whether I missed it or not on the web site there was no microwave oven on a better room. That and the fact that I depend upon the Internet and the Internet service at this hotel was either horribly slow, non-existent (wired or wireless) for all five days I was there. These two factors mean I will probably stay for less at the next door la Quinta which had a microwave in the suite and working Internet at a lower price and the same quality room. Other than the Internet (which the staff has no control over) the staff was relatively attentive, the room was clean, and i felt safe and was comfortable. December 1, 2014
