Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Our 2nd Stay We stayed here for a wedding a couple of years ago and loved it. So when we had to come back to the area the first choice was this hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the pillow options of soft or firm. Will definitely stay here again if we had to come back to this area. February 24, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by February Safety training trip Upon arrival, I was greeted by very nice young men. The one guy checked me in and explained benefits of rewards program. Since I was using coworkers credit card until mine came in, I signed up so when I have my own, I can accumulate points. I did get points by having meals put on room. The young lady in the bar was such a nice lady. She made me feel very comfortable and was very helpful in helping me choose food to eat. Only thing I will do different next time is bring my bathing suit, and use the gym. I also would like to know if I can ask for firmer pillows? That is all I would change on my stay at this Holiday Inn. And I appreciated the General Manager bringing me a cup of coffee while I waited in the lobby for my ride. This made me feel special. Thanks for the wonderful 4 nights in a long time. February 24, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Better than expected. Hotel staff was beyond my expectation for a Holiday Inn. Environment was quite nice. Hotel is a very good value. The bed was the most comfortable I have slept on in a hotel that I can remember. Only negative was the food...buffet had stale bagels, pancakes not great, eggs undercooked. This needs improvement. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel Need a Little More Effort in Customer Service The room was nice and comfortable. However while preparing for bed, I called the front desk requesting a blanket about 8 pm. It took about 1.5 hours and three reminder calls to receive the blanket. This delay affected my bedtime. Overall, the hotel is good quality which needs a little more effort providing customer service in a timely manner. February 12, 2015
