Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Clean Room, Not Great Service The room is a typical Holiday Inn room, but I was very unimpressed with the service at this hotel. As someone that spends about 20 days a month in a hotel, I have dealt with many different hotels and customer service. This hotel wants to appear like a high, 4 star hotel, but treat their guests like they are a 1 star hotel. The bar closed 1 hour earlier than what was told at check-in. Breakfast was sub-par and not included in the rate. I would not recommend staying here. November 5, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great experience and caring staff. The manager and line staff went all out to make sure we received anything we needed . whether it was tea bags instead of the furnished coffee in the room, or additional bedding to insure our sleep was perfect. November 5, 2014
