Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great stay this was a late walk in booking and the staff were very helpful and efficient. the only downside was the view from the room over a flat roof but as said this was a late walk in and i was just grateful for the room. The restaurant was great good food and great waiting staff very cheerful and nothing was a problem all round a good stay. April 25, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Room but ...... Our stay was in the Exective Suite and the room was good in all details but there were no electric sockets near to the bedhead. I need to use to a sleeping machine at night, but had to ask for an extention lead, which turned out to be too short and unsafe. Generally the Staff, especially the domestic and catering, performed well to ensure our stay was enjoyable, except for those at the front desk staff who at times seemed as if they did not want to be there. But the Holiday Inn website doesn't allow you to book more than one different room on the same booking. We had to phone up to book, on an 0845 or 0870 number (can't remember), which charged a whopping £4 connection charge, and then a couple of ££ on top of that. I'd call that pretty exploitative of a customer's genuine desire to book a room April 6, 2016
