Good working area with sufficient well placed sockets and table lamp. Only criticism was availability of menu as the week went on. Lots of things ran out. Not a big deal . Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Our yearly stay Was a little disappointed on arrival, as we always stay in the same room, and was stated and confirmed on direct booking with them, we also asked for an early check-in which was agreed, however when we arrived early we wasn't given our desired room, nor an early check in. a little disappointed in this as the weather was freezing, Our stay did improve after this little hiccup. the bar was very calm and was a welcome break form our early shopping trip. Staff very smartly dressed, always address you professionally. Would like to mention Georgina especially, she actually took time from obviously a busy schedule to come over and spend time talking to us. Very polite and professional, Well done Georgina, you are a credit to your company. The room was as always clean and tidy, and very impressed with the recent change in decor. Only point to mention, there is no longer any complimentary water, confectionery, slippers nor a mini bar in our room. thou these are now not included, i notice the price didn't come down any, maybe this is what paid for the new decor!!! Evenings in the bar were very relaxing with a nice ambient feeling. Our overall stay was a very nice break, one that we look forward to each year. and felt we were well looked after and the stay was value for money. I do always recommend this hotel to family and friends, and still will in the future. Well done Hull Marina, you made us feel very welcome December 8, 2014
