Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall fine but lacking security My keys deactivated frequently even though I kept them away from my phone. Each time I went to the desk to get them reactivated, I was asked to say my room number. Only once did someone take time to verify my identity and length of stay before remaking my keys. Please consider implementing more secure standards for creating keys and verifying the occupant. Ask the guest to say their last name, and reference the information in your system to confirm. It's worth the extra few seconds and is something I will look forward to being improved upon my next visit. March 16, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not worth the money When making my reservations the suites with two beds were already booked, so I was told that the king suite would be the same but with a king bed instead of two doubles. We had a king bed but not a pull out sofa. With two adults and a teenager, this was not going to work. Luckily we had brought an air mattress to place on the pull out sofa. The toilet stopped working the second night. When we return next year for the swim meet, I will drive the extra 10 minutes for a better value. We have always enjoyed staying at this facility over the years for its location but I will trade that for a better nights rest. March 16, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No hot water no customer service The hotel and staff itself were not bad. However I had no hot water in my room. I ended up having to take a cold shower on a cold day. Not happy with this at all. I called the front desk several times, I was told to let the water run it will get hot which it never did. I was told that they would look into the issue and get back with me yet they never did. Finally after three hours of trying to get this issue fixed I took a cold shower and checked out. When I checked out I explained the situation to the girl at the front counter all she said was I am sorry. I stay in Holiday Inn's often when I travel for work and have never had this problem with absolutely no attempt to resolve my issues. March 11, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice place Spent the better part of a week trapped in this inn by a snowstorm that knocked out the bus lines. Pleasant enough place to be stranded, I have to say--clean and comfortable rooms, nice staff, and conveniently located near some good restaurants. Although speaking of, the restaurant in the inn itself could use a few vegetarian options; it was basically just salads, as I recall. I guess my only other real criticism is that the wifi is pretty slow. March 10, 2015
