Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by My Stay I really didn't feel welcome when I walked into this hotel. The first desk attendant, didn't really feel as if she wanted to be there. The fact that I had go back and ask for my points when after I checked wasn't a great experience. I actually still don't have my 500 points While staying in my room I felt like the tub was going to cave in. It was just completely uncomfortable. Lastly when I was sitting in the office chair, and lend back a little the chair was broken. Just overall wasn't a great experience. November 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice room and great service I stayed at the Huntington-Civic area for a conference and was pleasantly surprised at the room and the hotel itself. It was within walking distance to the conference and i was able to walk through an area with shopping and food choices. I was very comfortable in the room and the breakfast was self serve and had a good variety. I would definitely stay there again for the next conference. November 18, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient location, friendly staff The location is the best thing about the hotel. It is an easy walk to Marshall University and numerous restaurants and shops are steps away. The staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious. The pool and exercise room have good hours ( !0p.m.) and are clean and well kept. The pool is way too small and oddly shaped to swim in but is great for kids to play in. The only real complaint I have is that the restaurant is way too small for the breakfast crowd, no place to sit. The price is steep but was probably jacked up for the football weekend. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfort and Friendliness The room was very comfortable and the staff was friendly. Despite this being a busy weekend, the staff made sure that we were comfortable. We had a very nice view of the Civic center as well. The beds and pillows made sleeping wonderful. November 6, 2015
