Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Warm welcome and so clean Received a great, warm welcome. Lots of assistance to be able to enjoy our stay. Great, clean room. Enjoyed the band in the Bar. Things are very organized. Staff was very helpful. Enjoyed the coffee in the room. Our view of the pool was fun even though it was still cool outside. We were only in town for 2 days, but the Staff went over & above to service. 1.) Check-in isn't until 3 pm, but we arrived at 12:15. They had a room ready for us! 2.# we place some drinks in our refrigerator but they were not getting cold. I told the Gentlemen at the front desk while I was leaving to get my Wife & I some dinner. The refrigerator was FIXED when I returned!!!! NOW THAT'S SERVICE!!!!! :# 3.). When we left Friday #March 19th) to go spend a day with my Sister, we returned to a spotless room! Cleaned to perfection!!!! I commend you & thank you for treating my Wife & myself as if we were royalty! Arthur R. March 21, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Eh... Hotel is serious need of updating. It's not the dirtiest place I've stayed in, but it's far from the cleanest. Bathroom wasn't fully cleaned, shower head was loose, drywall was a mess near the very old (and not well functioning) A/C. Breakfast isn't free, at least at whatever rate I got. They're not longer doing the goofy lotto ticket thing (which I guess I at least usually got a free beer out of). Not sure why I'd stay here instead of some of the other nearby properties that are newer, cleaner, and offer free breakfast. It's a shame, it could be a nice place, but they'd have to put some money into to make that happen. March 16, 2015
