The hotel is animal friendly, but we had NO animals and got ate up by fleas in the room and tick in the bath tub. The shower curtain was broken and falling off the rod. The sink stayed stopped up and the cable tv went out for a while. We stayed on the second floor down from the elevator / lobby area and there were people in that area partying from 2 a.m. - 4:30 a.m., which kept us awake. We called for security several times but got no results to end the loudness. We should have called the police. The next day when I asked to speak to the hotel manager I was told they were 'out'.

Just wanted to say my stay at this location was one of the best hotel stays ever. Great location and staff. Wanted to give credit to Carlos . on the 4th floor VIP area for Priority Elite members. This gentleman was first class and made us feel like we were really important. He should be training people on the true art of customer service. He has it going on for sure. Thanks so much Carlos for giving my Brother and myself a great evening of relaxing in your lounge. We really enjoyed our stay

I just stayed at this hotel just this pass weekend. It's been four years since I've stayed there. The front desk staff was exceptional, especially Lawrence. The rest of the staff was professional and friendly. Other than a slow draining tub and running toilet. The room and value was perfect.

Amazed the way the place looks now. Visited the hotel in 2006 and it wasn't the same calibur of today. Nice job in getting to the level of services today. Wasn't particular happy with the interactions of the front desk, but other areas made up for it. Excellent work out/exercise equipment. The best I've seen in all the different places the family have stayed.

The staff at the hotel were outstanding, the room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was very good and at a price that was far less than competitors for that level of service. Would highly recommend others stay at this hotel and have already recommended to others that if they are in the Huntsville area they should make a point of staying there.

My most recent stay at your hotel was truly outstanding. The front desk staff was very helpful and made my stay quite enjoyable. And the room I was put in was extremely comfortable and just a great experience with the size of the room.
