Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by rooms too small Room set-up was WAY too small. We couldn't move around (even the rooms with King beds were ridiculously small). It's as though you tried to cram in as many rooms as possible. If you took out about 4 rooms per floor/wing you could gain a comfortable amount for the other rooms. No adjoining rooms for families larger than 4 with small children, so parents/adults have to rent 2 rooms and seperate the family. Roll away beds are not allowed, then you should have a pull-out couch. I have 4 children under the age of 10. Food was fair at breakfast, although not a lot of choices especially for the children. Told check-in was at 3pm, our room was not ready until 4:45, without any complimentary service. Found dirty rag on floor when we got to our room and our friends found a hair in there bed on the first night they checked in. February 27, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Christmas Getaway We came to the hotel for 3 nights over Christmas week and found the hotel to be a great deal. We were two couples with two young children each. The kids loved the pool time and the in suite Jacuzzi was a great after pool experience. During our stay, we has some issue in our room with the heating system, but management was very good at compensating us for the inconvenience. I strongly recommend this hotel for location, cleanliness and staff friendliness. January 6, 2014

One of the best experiences I have had thus far from all my stays at a Holiday In . Both recommended an excellent resturant for my wife and I to enjoy. Had a great time. From the from desk to the Bar to the cleaning staff you're a top notch hotel! Better or worse I travel often and have stayed at many hotels and you rank among the best! Stephanie was an AMZING host at the bar and put up with our silliness with great resolve. I would recommend this property for single groups or families!!! Thanks for an AWESOME stay! The beds were very comfortable, and offered two different types of pillow firmness. The breakfast buffet in the morning was tasty, and an excellent value. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lori at The Front desk was very friendly and helpful after storm. I booked two rooms for two nights and we were delayed due to a Snow storm heading in our direction. Lori at the front desk said,"Don't worry about the reservations, just have a safe trip when the storm clears". The room key didn't work and the maintenance man came right away and corrected the problem. The rooms were clean, warm, the TV was great with many channels to watch. Had a great Cheeseburger in the lounge at a reasonable price and a friendly Bartender to serve it. Very Happy Camper! December 16, 2013
