Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A bit too expensive for the off season. Overall experience was very good. Have stayed at this hotel several times in the past few months. Front desk staff is always friendly, rooms are clean but a bit small for more than 2 people. The bar staff was another story, basically rude and unfriendly. November 22, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by First bad experience here Always has been on the top of my list for Cape Cod but bad experience last week. Paid extra for room with hot tub, but no hot water available. Called front desk twice on this, first time they had no idea and just said keep running water. Next time was told there was a problem that would be fixed soon. So 45 minutes later ran water in hot tub and as I let it run for 7 or 8 minutes I came back up to look at it and the water was all brown, couldn't use tub after that. November 19, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice quiet off season stay I had a nice stay on a Sunday night while meeting with customers. The hotel was clean and quiet. The first room I was assigned to was close to the back road, so i asked to be switched to another room, which was done without an issue. My room was spacious, and everything looked clean. The only downside was after I had a nice soak in the jacuzzi tub on the 2nd level, there was unknown brown flakes stuck to the bottom of the tub that must have come out of the jets. It was kinda gross and I don't want to know what it was. The hotel could do a better job cleaning out the filters of the hot tubs. November 19, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Unhappy Customer When I arrived at the hotel I was given a room that had wet paint signs at the door and had to go back to the desk to get a new room. This didn't bother me much because i understand things happen. Once in the new room I checked the bed for any possible bed bug and was very happy I did not find any but I did find two stains on the mattress. They were large and noticeable, housekeeping should have caught this. Once I went anytime someone went out door 4, directly across from our room, the door would slam shut and rattle our door to the room. This woke me up multiple times within the night. I think the outside doors really need to have something to slow the doors down so that they do not slam like this. The WIFI was also really slow in the room. Most likely because it was the furthest down the hall. Upon checkout I told the desk agent about my issues. He apologized but did not offer any discounts or anything of that sort. Don't get me wrong he was a very nice guy but I think the hotel could improve on how they handle situations. I have stayed at this hotel before a few years back and enjoyed it very much. I was just striking out this stay but it definitely discourages me from coming back again. November 18, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by great shower - roomy and hot! Restaurant breakfast menu was too expensive, I only had coffee. Other hotels I have stayed at had at least a small breakfast bar with cereal, yogurt and fruit available to grab and go. Quality of room was OK, bathroom was clean, shower hot. Coffee maker in room was OK, I brought tea because I can't stand that fake creamer in coffee. November 17, 2014
