Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Review I have noticed after coming for years that the quality of the food has gone down a little. Soup is not nearly as tasty and bread not nearly as fresh and sometimes you run out of regular Coke. But....the help is great year after year and the beds are so comfortable and rooms always clean. Overall, I am really satisfied with this Holiday Inn. November 13, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Weekend Spend the weekend here. Upon arrival was turned off by a rude desk clerk named Thomas who practically tossed the door cards to us. Acted like he had better things to do. Heat in the room failed to maintain its set temperature. woke up in the middle of the night shivering. water in the pool was set too low could not enjoy. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall positive This is an excellent hotel, clean good rooms. I was pretty certain I booked a king or queen, but when i got there they said it was two doubles. It cost me $10 to upgrade and at that point I had no choice. No major complaint as I didn't print out my reservation upon making it, though it was the Cape in November and they were hardly packed. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by not a great stay We did not learn the hot tub drain was broken until after 10PM. No one on staff to fix it, and no other room with tub and fireplace. When I told front desk at check out, she thanked me for telling her. No offer of "breakfast on us", for paying for a broken hot tub on a special day. Or she did not understand a drain that does not work on a hot tub means it will not hold water very long. November 10, 2014

The quality of the accommodations and the service provided by all staff members is always very high. The guest room is always clean and comfortable, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. Even staff members that you happened to see in the hallways were welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates a worry-free hotel experience. November 10, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great half way house A whistle stop tour of the cape. Late season wonderful weather. Great staff at reception. Very friendly and helpful. Great location to use as a base to visit the cape. Didn't get chance to eat in with so much to offer locally. November 4, 2014
