The staff is wonderful: friendly, responsive, and helpful. The rooms serve our needs just fine. It has what we need when we choose to use it: pub, breakfast, pool, room service, wifi. We use the handicapped accessible rooms and they also have what we need: adapted bathroom and recliner. June 23, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by well kept, great location My husband and I recently stayed here for a long weekend. All the staff we encountered at the front desk, housekeeping and food areas were all friendly and professional. We had asked for some recommendations on things to do/places to visit, but only got general responses; nothing specific. As someone who had never been to the area it would have been nice to have gotten more specific recommendations. The hotel is located near highways so we were able to find our way around. The room was clean and well maintained. The pool/hot tub area was large and well kept. We were disappointed the pool was not available until after 5PM on the week days. My husband would have like to have gone for an early morning swim before our drive home Monday morning. I was pleasantly surprised to find an outdoor patio in their courtyard. It was nice to sit and relax outside of our room. We had dinner in the MadHatter lounge and were impressed with the food and how quick it was ready. We decided against getting the breakfast package added to our stay, but we did go and have breakfast one morning. The buffet supplied a traditional hotel spread. What we didn’t realize is we could have ordered off a menu (a la carte) which we would have preferred. I really loved how they had a coffee bar in the lobby in the morning. I was very disappointed when one afternoon I wanted to grab a quick cup of coffee there was none. I know that there is a small coffee pot in our room but it took a long time to brew and we were in a rush. I feel that it would be a nice gesture to the guests who are coming and going. She was able to book the King Loft Suite by calling Herman the hotel manager and having them approve using my points for the stay. Front desk was very friendly and fast check-in. We got the room I had asked for, over looking the courtyard (instead of the parking lot). Since the King Loft Suite has 2 levels and a walk out deck with seating, spacious about 12'x12'. Room was very clean and easy to control the room temp. Very comfortable bed June 21, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Everything! I stayed at this Hotel about 5 times over the course of 2 months and was never disappointed. The staff at the front desk got to know me and greeted me by name every time I walked in the door. The rooms were always very clean. The Beds were comfortable and quiet. The food at the Bar was very good, but the selection was limited. Kudos to everyone who works at this hotel for making my stay pleasurable while away from home! June 15, 2016
