Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel The hotel was very nice except for the lack of elevators. The hotel has only one elevator which is not in an ideal location if a guest is located at the end of the hotel. I did not like the choice of either walking a distance or dragging my luggage up a flight of steps. I would be concerned for the disabled guest who has mobility issues. Otherwise, the hotel is a well decorated and clean hotel. January 5, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A nice Holiday Inn with a great staff I've stayed in several rooms at this hotel during the summer and late fall/winter seasons. It's always clean, the rooms are comfortable, and its staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I stay here for work, so I don't have a strong opinion on the value of this hotel since my company pays for it; however, from my very small amount of research this summer, I think the hotel is priced comparably within the area, and it's nicer than the other 1-2 hotels I've stayed at in Hyannis. Since my stays at this hotel tend to be fairly long (weeks, typically), it would be very nice if the rooms had microwaves, which would remove the need to walk to the Business Center to heat up food. Other than that I really have no complaints or suggestions. December 25, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Non smoking room smelled terribly of smoke The room smelled so badly of smoke we put our belongings in the closet so they wouldn't take on the smell. In addition the curtains were on a track that was so short they wouldn't close more than halfway and the sink in the bathroom was bolted so loosely to the wall it felt like it would fall to the floor.
