Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Service We had an extraordinary experience in Hyannis partly due to the wonderful staff at the Holiday Inn. The front desk was more than willing to answer questions and direct us to areas in town, the rooms were clean, the pool and exercise room a draw, and the restaurant very comforting at the end of the day. The food was delicious, the drinks ready, and the service impeccable Thank you for helping to make our stay on the Cape a good one! July 15, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Hotel Ever I have been traveling throughout USA for work and pleasure, but this is the only hotel which does not have coffee in the lobby. The bed sheets were dirty and had stains . Later one of the bed shirts got wet and the replacement was that came was dirty, had to get it changed. Very disappointed, will not stay in holiday inn ever. Took pictures of the stains and will share it with friends and social media. July 14, 2014

The staff to housekeeping to the manager on duty James were so accommodating & helpful. The breakfast was nice & hot. The pool & gym clean. The bar fully stocked with great drinks & food. The front desk staff went out of their way to get us into a room early in the AM; beds were soooo comfortable; maids were friendly and provided plenty of towels. This hotel was a wonderful find! Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room was nice My experience at this hotel was mixed. The room was very nice and had a comfortable bed and great pillows for a hotel. The front end service was very lacking however. I ordered two rooms online and would have expected the two to be together. They were not. They were some distance apart. When asking about that at the front desk they didn't seem to care about it and said it could not be done. My cousin and myself checked in at the same time and I told them to use my card for my room and his for his room. Both rooms ended up on my card. No big deal but he lost points. When I ordered the room online the week before I gave them my email address but never got the confirmation. I also called the morning we left home to make sure we had rooms and we did so I asked again for them to send an email confirmation but it never came. I think a little training is in order for the front end staff. One other slight problem was on of the cards did not open an outside door but worked on the room door. June 20, 2014
