The room was fairly small but comfortable with a very modern bathroom. The heat was a bit noisy. The staff was very gracious and helpful. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast plan offered on line when I booked the stay. The breakfast was unbelievable !! You pick anything on the menu, I mean anything. The food was fantastic, as good if not better than I have had at 5 star hotels. The only bad part of the stay is when we first went into the bathroom found left over toilet paper in the toilet from the previous guests. Make your own decision.

Holiday Inn Hyannis is a nice place to stay. The rooms do seem a little snug (especially if you get a room with two double beds), and the hotel is only 2 stories, so if you get a room at the end, you better ask for a luggage cart! But other than those two things, this hotel has served me well for over 5 visits to the Cape. The hotel restaurant has always provided a good experience. The wait staff is always friendly and make a special effort to learn what you like to eat and drink. Dathi does an excellent job!

My stay was every thing I hoped for, from the moment I checked in ,till I checked out. Even the GM. stopped and talked to with me as did the housekeepers on duty. The front desk was just as nice and professional

I had not stayed at this hotel and was intrigued by the feel and look as it did not appear to be your typical hotel. Room was nice and a little different layout.
I was only there for a quick overnight for business in the area and arrived late evening and checked out early morning.
Bathroom was well done and clean.
Desk seemed a little low and flimsy.
Bed was comfortable. Heater was confusing as there was a thermostat on the wall that didn't seem to do anything. The fan on the heater/AC unit in the wall would cycle constantly, literally 2 minutes on and 5 minutes off, then back on for 2 minutes....etc...all night long. Didn't seem like a big deal until I realized I didn't sleep all night. I'm sure it was just this room issue. Sent an email via the website the next day informing them there may be an issue with the unit but received no response so not sure if it was checked.
Don't think it was a bad place but my experience was a struggle on this occasion.

The room was nice but the recliner was broken. Stayed on a weekend with 2 youth tournaments. Would of been better if guests not involved with the tournaments were in a separate wing.

Room was clean, fresh and quiet. The bathroom was clean, good supply of towels and toiletries. Bed was comfortable, sheets were clean and fresh smelling. My over all stay was pleasant. However as a IHG member I was not greeted as such, I didn't not receive any additional services for being a IHG member, I was disappointed in that aspect.

Repeat customer who has stayed 10+ times. Great hotel, but the staff here are always amazing. Jackie at breakfast is the greatest, always friendly and attentive. Michelle at the bar is always giving great service and remembers my orders every time! Check in is always easy and personable with Nick. Every staff member I've dealt with, especially severs/kitchen staff, have always been ready to help with a smile. Highly recommended!
