Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful staff and a great hotel We stayed for 4 days which coincided with the big Winter storm in February 2013. The staff were wonderful. They went out of their way to look after us despite the difficult conditions. The hotel and rooms were very comfortable. The location is great, with numerous restaurants within easy distance. We will definitely return. February 16, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Relaxing Stay A friend and I wanted a mini vacation and were going to stay in the regular room when we saw the King loft suite for $80 more. We splurged and it was well worth it. 2 tvs, fridge, huge bed, and loft with whirpool bathtub = Awesomeness. Also they have a beautiful pool/hotub. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Service and resteraunt There is one person that was kind of grouchy at the desk. We showed up around 1 or 2 and check in time was 3. She told us she would call us when our room was ready. Sorry check in time was 3. We went and had lunch. Came back at 3 and she said I told you I would call. By that time the afternoon shift came in and the girl on the afternoon shift took care of us. The bar was nice and the bar tender was really great. Menu should have more steaks and things other than hamburgers. Jacuzzi was broke but manager took care of that for us. He was really good about the situation Overall is was nice December 30, 2012

Had a Upstairs with a Living Room TV and a Hot Tub with a Outside Balcony. I was only there for the one night and not able to really enjoy all of the room,, But Thank You for such a nice room when you have to travel. December 8, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by a nice comfy room! We really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday INn Hyannis- the room was comfortable and the bed was great. It was clean. Check-in was easy and professional. The pool was the perfect temperature. I would definitely recommend this to other people. It's in a good location too- near lots of restaurants. October 26, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place in Hyannis for affordable saccomodations My whole group enjoyed the hospitality of the Holiday Inn in Hynannis. We were treated very well and they even were nice enough to waive the late cancel fee for a room that 2 friends ended up bailing out on last minute. We enjoyed the madhatter and had a wedding the other night we stayed there and the hotel was nice enough to offer us the center downstairs to get pizzas and carry on a little after party so the fact they were willing to do that meant a lot to the whole group. I would definitely accept another opportunity to stay here. October 19, 2012

Had to search all the channels to find what we wanted to watch, Hey I guess I could of asked for a TV guide. Rooms very small, only double beds no queens, cleaning was slow and did not happen. Great bathroom Food at the resturant was Okay. Nice location close enought to RT 6. Might try a bed and breakfest next time. October 12, 2012
