Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A++++ experience I was very pleased with this hotel. So much so we decided to stay an extra day to enjoy the hotel. We were on an 18 day east coast road trip and this hotel was a pleasant surprise. We Re arranged our reservations so we could spend an extra day at this property do we could catch up on our rest. Everything from the beds to the staff was a Plus in my book. If ever in this area again I will stay at this property. July 29, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hoilday Inn Hyannis The Inn was clean and the staff very professional. Did not use their bars or restaurant, so I can't comment on them. However, our stay was very enjoyable. We stayed two nights in July of 2014, and found that the Inn was centrally located in Cape Cod making getting around extremely easy by using the Inn's area map. On a Scale of 1-10, I would rate this Inn a (9) nine. July 27, 2014

The front desk was more than willing to answer questions and direct us to areas in town, the rooms were clean, the pool and exercise room a draw, and the restaurant very comforting at the end of the day. The food was delicious, the drinks ready, and the service impeccable Thank you for helping to make our stay on the Cape a good one! July 15, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Hotel Ever I have been traveling throughout USA for work and pleasure, but this is the only hotel which does not have coffee in the lobby. The bed sheets were dirty and had stains . Later one of the bed shirts got wet and the replacement was that came was dirty, had to get it changed. Very disappointed, will not stay in holiday inn ever. Took pictures of the stains and will share it with friends and social media. July 14, 2014

The staff to housekeeping to the manager on duty James were so accommodating & helpful. The breakfast was nice & hot. The pool & gym clean. The bar fully stocked with great drinks & food. The front desk staff went out of their way to get us into a room early in the AM; beds were soooo comfortable; maids were friendly and provided plenty of towels. This hotel was a wonderful find! Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room was nice My experience at this hotel was mixed. The room was very nice and had a comfortable bed and great pillows for a hotel. The front end service was very lacking however. I ordered two rooms online and would have expected the two to be together. They were not. They were some distance apart. When asking about that at the front desk they didn't seem to care about it and said it could not be done. My cousin and myself checked in at the same time and I told them to use my card for my room and his for his room. Both rooms ended up on my card. No big deal but he lost points. When I ordered the room online the week before I gave them my email address but never got the confirmation. I also called the morning we left home to make sure we had rooms and we did so I asked again for them to send an email confirmation but it never came. I think a little training is in order for the front end staff. One other slight problem was on of the cards did not open an outside door but worked on the room door. June 20, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst IHG yet At check in there was one staff member, four people trying to check in and three phone calls on hold!!! This was not the staff members fault and she did a pleasant checkin. The hotel seems to make its money from bus tours and there were several groups of them there. The property is in need of an update, rooms and corridors are dark and dingy and bathrooms small. June 19, 2014

The pool and bar are nice and room was clean and roomy. Staff was excellent. It was just the breakfast that wasn't worth the money. June 11, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Mid-week experience and relaxation! We spent a great deal of time looking at other facilities in the Hyannis area and decided to come back to the Holiday Inn where we had stayed once before about a year ago. It was a few dollars more, but it was well worth it. Location was perfect and some of the best restaurants are right on the same street. No, you don't get a free breakfast, but "Friendlies" is right across the street and they are always good for Breakfast. We spent three days on the Cape and looked at other hotels while we were there. We decided that we had made the right choice. Holiday Inn and the IHG Rewards Club do pay off in the long run. If you are bringing your family, We totally recommend this facility. We wouldn't bring our children anywhere else after seeing what else is out there. June 9, 2014

The housekeepers were just great and went out of their way to help us when we needed something. Such as toilet paper and extra towels. The servers in the dining room were awesome. The young man that waited on us made my day because he was concerned about the amount of food that I would be eating. He went out of his way to be sure that he was serving me in the right dish and it was the right portion. Thank you all for your kindness, you have no idea how much this meant to me. June 4, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by well situated I have had to put food & beverage as average and there isn't an n/a to exclude it, we didn't have breakfast in hotel as felt that it was overpriced for what you got. Other than that, the hotel itself was very nice, staff at desk very helpful. I would say if you have a problem with stairs then make sure you have a room on the first floor as we couldn't locate any elevator. Also I felt that the hotel was very impersonal as you access side doors to various stair cases as opposed to walking through, convenient I know but reduces interaction with people. A/C unit in room best & quietest we've had in the month we've been staying in hotels. May 23, 2014

But we had the best time with two waitresses, Jackie and her sister Margaret. They were very accommodating and put up with the antics of our many family members, staying there for a wedding. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice accomodations and a reasonable price I was very pleased with the stay. The room I had was the nicest one of the IHG hotels I have stayed at. I appreciated the upgrade for being a platinum member. The pool area was awesome but the hours need to be extended for daytime use. The work out room was nice as well. The restaurant and people in it were nice. The staff was courteous and very informative. The woman even gave me some restaurant flyers of a few places when I told her what kind of place I was looking for. I would defiantly stay here again. May 4, 2014

I check out 5 other hotels and found at least $30.00 cheaper with a hot breakfast. Almost all Holiday Inn's I stay at includes a hot free breakfast. April 19, 2014

Wish I had a longer stay and my significant other with me so that I could have taken advantage of the great hot tub upstairs. The room was great and I would recommend it. The only hiccup I experienced was not being offered the usual Platinum amenity on check in. When I asked I was given a small bottle of water as opposed to bonus points which I requested and would have preferred but was told they were not offered. I thought this was standard and was a little surprised but it also could have been that the night shift staff were not aware. They were very friendly and helpful otherwise, even offering to unlock the fitness center for my use whenever I wanted. April 7, 2014

In particular I was impressed with the life-guards on duty Friday and Saturday night 3/14 & 15 Even thought there were a number of different groups in the pool and surrounding areas they kept a great handle on everything with out being overbearing.
