Stayed here one night as was the half way point on the way back to UK from holiday in Croatia
To get into the estate where the hotel is located almost meant writing off the car. There are concrete barriers at the entrance to estate (I'm guessing to prevent HGV's coming in# but these left a gap of around 10cm each side for the car to get through - not exactly a great start when you've had a 600 mile drive.
Arrived and went downstairs to the reception desk in the basement !! I was offered 500 bonus point voucher or a free drink as I'm a platinum member but no mention was made about the Wi-Fi - had to ask how to logon later on.
As we'd had a long journey we didn't really want to go out and asked what time the restaurant closed, the lady on reception said she didn't know and we should go upstairs and ask.
We'd booked two rooms, an executive and a junior suite. When we got to the rooms neither had bathrobes, slippers or complimentary water or snacks, but we were so tired after the journey we just wanted to get something to eat and then go to sleep.
Went into the restaurant and had expected to have a choice of meals. Every IHG hotel I've ever stayed at before #at least 50-60 nights per year# has the typical sandwiches / burgers / pizzas as well as local specialities, but no, not this one. Menu choices were limited to steak tartare, a fish dish, and veal. There was nothing to cater for international guests, so we ended up leaving the hotel and after navigating the concrete barriers again, we couldn't find any restaurants nearby and had to get something from the famous Golden Arches !!
We were given no information about breakfast, either cost or whereabouts, and the next morning we decided to eat en-route, so can't comment on it.
The rooms were clean and tidy, and the beds comfy as expected from a IHG hotel.
If I'd have been staying here for business I would have checked out and found somewhere else to stay, primarily due to the poor choices of food available, but also due to the risk of damaging my car every time I wanted to leave or return :#

Absolutely horrified by this stay. I have seen bad hotels over the years, but this was the worst I have ever experienced. Really, really poor!!!
