Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Loud partying all night long I am loyal to IHG hotels for all of my work and personal travel, and this is by far the worst stay I have had in one of their hotels. My husband and I stayed here on our wedding night. Our wedding was held nearby, our wedding and reception were early in the day, so we were actually looking forward to a little alone time and much-needed relaxation. That didn't happen. There was loud, obnoxious partying going on throughout the hotel ALL NIGHT LONG. On all sides of us--rooms next door, across the hall, and below us (we were on the 5th floor). My husband and I were unable to sleep, and around 3am we contemplated just packing up and going home because the unusually loud AC unit was not enough to drown any of it out (but our house was full of wedding guests from out of town). We have booked accommodations for our honeymoon next week through IHG and I'm hoping that we do not run into the same issues on our trip! July 16, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Cold pool All in all I was a okay stay, the pool was freezing, our bathroom sink smelled like peering and the room was so hot even with the air on. The beds were really comfortable and the staff were great. A free breakfast would be awesome also. July 11, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A very nice suprise in the Cleveland area I have driven past this H.I. quite a few times on my business travel around the Cleveland area. Finally I decided to give it a shot. What a pleasant surprise to stay at a full service hotel again. The lounge was great. The barkeep lively at conversation and the food from the restaurant was very good. The breakfast staff were extremely helpful going the extra mile to keep the diners happy. Location wise I have learned that if you travel within an hour and a half around Cleveland, this hotel is situated to give you ease of commute and minimum of miles traveled. Business people...stay here...you will leave with a smile on your face. June 30, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not A Happy Camper The staff (Kristen) was very rude when we checked into the hotel I told her that I had two room and I requested joining room and when I told her that she was like we dont have those room on the 2 floor which im sure is not true and remind you I checked in this hotel at 1 pm on that friday. So then we wanted to pay cash and use a charge card for the room and she told me that we could not do that that we needed to do one form of payment so we used the charge card and I say kris could you tell me why I cant break the payments up and the first thing that came out her mouth was my name is kristen very rude I just lol cause that was stopping me from getting smart with her at the time . I asked for the manager and she was busy helping other people otu at the time so I just said forget and when to my room to look and make sure that both room was clean and ok for me and my family. Then the ac stoped working and I went back down stairs again and she was still getting smart other guest....... The way I see it of you dont like your job or if you are upset with someone else please find another job June 25, 2014
