If it wasn't for the location I would stay somewhere else. The internet especially early evening becomes slow. They have promised to fix the problem for at least a year. This trip same dialog. On the 7 times I stayed there they were able to get me a newspaper 50% of the time. Always some reason - They ran out. Paper got there late. The guy delivering them is still out there somewhere.

Room was average comfortable. Bathrooms small but decently redecorated. Room could have been cleaner. Overall not as impressive as other hotels in the brand.
The parking lot was a sheet of ice and snow. It was horrid.

Every hotel I have stayed at always has a refrigerator / microwave in them the room did not have any unless you wanted to pay a additional money to have them in your room. These items help make a persons stay a lot more enjoyable, I will more in likely be staying in this area again here in the near future it will be interesting to see if anything changes. Other than this the room was very clean and very well maintained.

I had a 3 day weekend stay at this hotel. We were forced to take a cold shower 2 of the 3 mornings because the boiler was down. We called the front desk to tell them the hot water was out, and their reply of "we are aware of the problem and are working to fix it" simply isn't acceptable. Especially when the problem lasted for 2 days. Actually who knows how long the problem continued after I checked out? In my opinion though this is the worst part of the story. I've waited over a week to write this review in an attempt that the hotel management would try to make this experience less painful. I've called twice in the last week and left voicemails for the manager asking him to call me back in regards to this. Crickets...... haven't heard a word from them. So needless to say I wouldn't recommend staying there, I certainly never will again.
