The associates at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff person was very pleasant as well as the restaurant/bar staff. I always stay at this hotel when I visit Indianapolis for business!

As a weekly traveler the room was ok !! I'm a platinum member
And stay at all holiday inns over the U.S. this one is stale and
Needs updating. Nothing stands out other than its all outdated.
I will not stay at this location in the future.

Clean and comfortable room with very nice bed and in-room microwave and mini-fridge. Sound machine provided, maybe just b/c my room was near the highway. Either way, it worked quite well and I slept well. Hotel overall was quiet and really looks much fancier than you might expect for the price! Great deal!
Stay would have been perfect if: (a) on demand TV programming was available and (b) some sort of complementary breakfast was provided.
Would definitely stay here again!

I found the quality and location of this hotel to be disappointing. Construction in the area further added to difficulty in accessing the property. From room keys that didn't work to ice machines that didn't work, this hotel seemed to have a lot of problems that resulted in a disappointment for the cost.

Rooms were not what I reserved. When I went to inquire why my rooms were not as I had reserved. I was then treated to the rudest front desk personal. Thanks for nothing

All was fantastic! Bartender was awesome. Front desk staff was great.
The only negative was the breakfast I ordered was poor.
