Difficult to find at night. Not sure which was louder, the AC or the road noise. Are my wife and I the only ones who hates duvets?

Staff was very attentive and responsive to needs. Newer property with full bar and restaurant. Very clean and quiet.

The Holiday Inn staff provided some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced. They are one of the best in the US. The room was great and the internet wifi was excellent. I was able to log on without any problems. Overall, this hotel provided great service.

I made reservation for the hotel a month ahead for a room with 2 double beds. When we got there they put us in a room with a single bed. There is no way my daughter and I could sleep in a single bed for 3 nights. By that time everything else around was booked. They promised to bring cot. After almost 2 hours I asked them again for it and then they told me they are out of them. Then they found the room with 2 double beds. This room had a leak in the bathroom so the ceiling was patched up. The door of the bathroom if closed was very hard to open so we couldn't close it when in there.
Worst part is that they were hosting big baseball kids group that was so obnoxious we couldn't believe no one stepped up. We had to step over them sitting in the hallway to get to our room. Screaming and running in the hallway in the middle of the night, playing floor hokey in the hallway at night . Going up and down in elevators and pressing all the buttons. Pulling fire alarm and causing all of us to be standing outside when we had to be getting ready for our event.
We are not staying at this property again.

I continue to stay at this property as long as Kyle remains on the staff. I stay here about 3 weeks out of the year and he always remembers my name and what i like to order. He is a great asset to the staff here. My only concern is that it seems like the water pressure in the showers has decreased over the past year so it takes a little longer to get ready in the mornings.

This is the BEST Holiday Inn in the system. I live in Holiday Inns traveling half my time and it doesn't get any better than Indianapolis Carmel.
The front desk is great to work with and very personable.
I would only have one suggestion and that is to increase the sound volume up to 40s. The 25 is too low and cannot hear many channels. Yes, there are some local channels that are loud but I would like to be able to listen to the cable channels.
In every case they have raised it for me immediately but sometimes I arrive after maintenance has left for the day.
It doesn't get any better than this.

The staff was beyond impeccable and very friendly. Not to mention the fact that the room was very clean.

Needs a re-fit and update. Things like toilet bolts exposed and cheap and flimsy toilet seat. Room looks like it was decorated about 15 years ago. I asked for a table and chairs to be provided, which was not done despite asking when i booked the room and then again at the front desk. Hotel staff are friendly and helped me with a phone issue. Maintenance/cleaning staff are also very nice, and I cannot fault the cleanliness of my room.
The BEST thing about my stay was the room noise level - despite this pretty large hotel being fully booked and full of HS sports kids, I would swear that I was the only person staying in that hotel. THAT was awesome, and is worth a lot to me. It could be because I had a separate living room and the bathroom shielding me from the hallway, but I couldn't hear anything coming through any other walls either. It was great and an unexpected pleasure.
