Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not a good experience My husband and I recently stayed at this facility. This was our first time staying here. The hotel was very attractive upon entering and at first appearance the room looked in order and the bathroom had been cleaned and supplied with fresh linens. Due to physical limitations we could not comfortably sit/lay in bed to watch TV, which was the only way to view the screen. So, we turned the sofa around so it would face the screen since it originally faced the same way as TV screen. That's when we found several items and dirt under the sofa. It was obvious that this area is overlooked when housekeeping sweeps. Then at 11:30 pm we were ready to turn in for the night and upon turning back the bed linens we found soiled sheets with several places of what looked like dried bodily secretions on the sheets. Seriously...not what we were expecting from a Holiday Inn! My husband took pictures and headed for the front desk. The person working there said there was no one available in housekeeping to fix the problem and we would need to move to another room. So we were packing back up and relocating to a room on another floor at midnight. That room was clean-including the sheets. Unfortunately, for most of the night there was lots of foot traffic in the hall with lots of talking and noisy door closings. We even could hear a baby crying at 5 am. Not much rest that night. On a positive note the front desk person was apologetic and offered us a choice of free bonus points or coupons for two free breakfast buffets. Questionable if we will stay here again. April 13, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Final Four Experience Stayed in Carmel, Indiana for the Final Four being held in Indianapolis. The hotel has been updated and is in great condition. The rooms were large and inviting. The staff was very friendly and did there best to make a bad situation, caused by drunk guests staying in the room next to ours, as pleasant as possible. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the restaurant staff very efficient. Despite the bad experience on Friday night at 3 am in the morning, I will stay there again next year, as the Big Ten Men's Basketball Tourney is scheduled for Indianapolis in March of 2016. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The front dest personel were very friendly and helpfull . Excellent.. We were in the area for surgery and the front desk upgraded our room and gave us a medical discount which was very appreciated. We will be returning to Carmel for further surgery and will certainally be staying at this Holiday Inn. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Although our room was facing the intersate we heard no traffic noise. We had dinner in the dinning room and the food was well prepared and tasty. April 11, 2015
