Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall a very nice stay each time we've traveled through INDY Pretty property, nice beds, quiet and clean room. Very comfy bed. TV too quiet for many channels. Breakfast just average and HAD TO PAY. We usually stay at HIE which has free and better breakfast, so we assumed that would be the case with HI. Our mistake. No USB charging connectors in the room. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Kinda Strange Attitude by Front Staff The person waiting on me, late in the evening, seemed overly stiff and professional. I was obviously not dressed like a businessman and arrived in the late evening, not when others would have checked in. My wife and I were travel by RV van, across the country on vacation. I had the expectation that I would be treated "gently" and with efficiency. What I sensed instead was a stiffness and ultra professional attitude that I was not expecting at a "Holiday Inn". Yes it was Indianapolis, where expectations are probably high, leading to the front counter experience, but it just seemed strange to me, especially when I was obviously tired and seeking a nice interface, late in the day. I'm not being overly critical, just stating what I experienced. The room was excellent and the room staff does nice work. It just needs an adjustment at the front desk. October 16, 2014

Each had a smile on their face, regardless of what was happening around them. Each was friendly, willing to listen to and assist all guests and their requests. October 15, 2014
