I stayed for 3 nights and sadly did not get the level of service I would have expected from the brand. Toiletries and items in the room such as pens and coffee were not replenished despite complaining about this every following day.
The reception staff in fairness were obviously embarrassed by this and were helpful and friendly in aiding me but the reason I chose the higher price bracket brand were for the little things like toiletries and stationary where as had I paid half the price and stayed at a budget hotel I would have got the same level of service.
There were other more pressing issues such as the bathroom not being cleaned for the entirety of my stay as the photos show (which I cannot seem to upload). I had left the bathroom in such an obvious state to see if anything would be done which it was not.
When approaching the manager in the restaurant to place a food order as the bar had no staff behind it I was rather rudely told "Im wrapping cutlery" with no expectation of when I should be served or what I should do, crockery taken to my room was left in there and other elements of it taken from my room and left outside the door until the following day.
The final issue was a 1000 point voucher I received that stated it needed to be handed in at reception and would be added to my account if I purchased a meal, I handed this into reception who stated they would ensure this was added which never was.
While these are all small things when paying for a certain brand you have certain expectations which were sadly not met and this was my first and ultimately last visit to this hotel. I travel alot for work and felt there was very little to justify choosing to return and give this hotel my business.

If you are looking at this as a budget hotel or a luxury hotel you will be disappointed. For a business class hotel it fits every need with a warm smile.

The staff were very friendly, the lady on reception was very helpful on the phone when I called to say I couldn't find the hotel!
The room was clean and spacious.
The fold out bed was very comfortable, just as well as my 11yr old stole the main bed!
Only downsides were it was very hot, even though we turned the radiator off, and could easily hear the next door room's late night shower - the baths seemed to echo the sound!
The outside of the hotel needs attention particularly the window frames as this lets it down.
