Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Average property, Awful management CAVEAT EMPTOR: Literally impossible to take a shower. The water goes back and forth from pipping hot to freezing cold in a few seconds, so it is impossible to set the shower to any temperature. Very frustrating and quite a challenge to accomplish to get clean in the morning. The food is way below average, you can hear the guest in the next room breathing (just imagine the rest) and the manager is never on the premises. . Oh, I almost forgot. There is a train that pases literally next to the hotel, so twice at night you will be waken up by the noise. Something they "forget" to tell you about when you check in. IN A NUTSHELL: If possible stay anywhere else, it doesn't matter where, just somewhere else. April 16, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by oportunidad de mejora en restaurante El domingo tomamos el desayuno buffet del hotel, al llegar al restaurante estaba lleno no tenían mesas disponibles. Me percaté que había mesas adicionales que habían colocado (diferentes al mobiliario del restaurante), las cuales eran muy grandes (como para 10 persones) y en las cuales estaban sentados 3 o 4 personas, lo que provocó que el espacio fuera muy reducido para caminar entre las mesas. Además por la cantidad de personas el servicio era muy lento, y se terminaban muy pronto los platillos disponibles, por lo que tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo para poder desayunar. Creo que si esperan una gran cantidad de personas deben estar preparados para la logística, sin afectar la calidad de su servicio. March 5, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by El "premio" por ser socio Gold La verdad es que se agradece el detalle de ofrecer "algo" en rl registró por ser socio Gold, pero lo que se ofrece NO está a la altura de lo esperado. Unos "panditas" unos "takis", unas "papitas". No creen que dejan que desear en esos detalles que pudieran ser quizá de una costo similar pero buscando distinguirse y ser originales. Quizá un chocolate Ferrero Rocher o una bebida refrescante. En fin, es mi opinión February 23, 2015
