Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best in this area, best in any area There is not much to say: This is a great property! You are greeted and assisted by a great staff who aims to please from check-in to check-out. The decor is fresh and appealing. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The nearby amenities, especially the PCC Market and Tully's Coffee, add to its appeal. But having stayed here before, I was delighted to now find a Keurig coffeemaker in my room. It is the best single-serve coffeemaker around. The hotel provides an assortment of k-cups for teas, coffees, and decafs. December 16, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A little pricy, but very nice I was surprised at how expensive it was, but the hotel was very nice. I was also surprised that breakfast was not included for the price that I paid. December 13, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Relaxing stay near natural beauty The hotel was comfortable and provided a good launch point for many hikes in the local area. Staff was friendly and the $20 breakfast voucher was enough to cover almost all of our filling breakfast. December 3, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Close to office and quiet Stayed 2 nights for business. Room and public rooms are fresh and it's convenient that the bath shelf reaches to the shower, so it's a handy location to place the shampoo and conditioner. The Keurig coffee maker worked erratically, but since coffee was offered in the lobby each morning, not a big issue. For the price, I would have thought breakfast would be included, but there was a shopping center across the street to purchase food either for takeout or in a restaurant. The one thing I did not like was the continuous operation of the fan of the HVAC. It was too cold to turn off the heat, but while it was operating, the fan blew continuously billowing the curtain behind the armchair that fortunately blocked the air from blowing into the rest of the room.
