Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay I had a very nice stay for 8 nights at Holiday Inn Istanbul Airport. But just like any aspect of life there's some notes about the hotel. -I didn't use the dinning facilities due it's high value, I preferred to eat outside (The first time in my life time history of traveling I haven't booked an included open buffet breakfast at hotel) . - Front desk employees were all polite and helpful , except for one . I don't know his name but he argued me for like 2 mins about the internet. I was sure that the connection at my room had some problem but he didn't helped at all, he just argued that the net is working on his mobile so the connection is fine ! Anyways I tried by my ways to fix the problem and i did, thanks for my basic IT skills, it helped. - Shuttle service was amazing, it picked me up from Ataturk airport directly to hotel, I used it twice then to the city, to Sultanahmet and Taksim sq. This service is very nice and helpful specially because of the location of hotel. This service would make me to choose this hotel again for my stay, but unfortunately it doesn't work at night towards Ataturk airport, which i hope that you could make it available 24/7 in future. - Room service was so sufficient and friendly. They had responded in a very comfortable way,thanks to them. -The lighting within the hallways in guest floors were dark, even though I like light lighting but it was dim to me. August 19, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Location and hotel staff The location is not few minutes away that it says on the web-site, it is about 20 minutes. Some staff are not efficient. Taxi drivers don't want to drive there, I don't know why and the shuttle service is very limited. The hotel is nice and comparing to other hotels in Istanbul is very comfortable but if you want to visit the city, considering the limited shuttle service, will be very expensive to use taxi every time. Bad location, poor customer service but a nice hotel. August 9, 2014

The three most important aspects of a hotel for me are that the rooms are relaxing, comfortable and clean and my room was all three. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Immer noch recht gutes Hotel... Das Hotel ist immer noch sehr gut, hervorzuheben ist auch der kostenlose Shuttle zwischen Hotel und Flughafen bzw. der Innenstadt. Qualität wie gewohnt bei Holiday Inn, Übernachtung gut, allerdings im Vergleich zum letzten Jahr sind die Preise für Essen und Bier um gefühlte 50% gestiegen und das passt nicht wirklich. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist durchwachsen, ich hatte vermutlich beim Check-In das eine Extrem erwischt, danach waren alles normal und das Restaurant muss man unbedingt lobend erwähnen - super Service, zuvorkommend, schnell, sehr flexibel und so wie man es gewohnt ist.
