When I was checking in, hotel manager told me: "Breakfast is included in your rate." Flies were flying in the sour cherry compote. When I was checking out, hotel manager handed me the bill for breakfast ...30 euros. I complained but he told me: "Good luck!" and "Next!". Also, got stuck in the middle elevator on the 5th floor. Will not stay again.

Check in was slow and more time was spent on other people during my check in which was rude.
Buffet dinner has lots of choice but food was cold, unlabled and consisted many of veg and rice.
Breakfast juice is watered down and again food was cold unless you have eggs which are freshly cooked.
Wireless internet connection is poor and dropped every 1 min when on normal internet pages.

The Hotel stall is quite friendly. The main drawback to this Hotel is that that room and especially the bathroom are not well lighted. Check in is fast and efficient, checkout depends on how busy they are, and there sometimes long lines, as they have lots of tour Groups.
Location of the Hotel is good.

the hotel is at a location near the airport, so for business men who have meetings outside the city, it is a great place to stay to avoid traffic and time spent

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 A Worthwhile Return
I stayed at this property for the first time earlier in the year and the service was poor. I undertook to stay here one more time after which I would look for another hotel.
I further took the time to give the management feedback and everyone deserves an orchid this time round. The service was outstanding all round. From being recognised as a Platinum member as well as previous visitor. I was also allocated the same room as during my previous visit and it felt like home from home. Sibel at reception is a definite asset to the front office staff. I am glad I gave it a second chance and look forward to staying here again in 3 months time during my next planned business visit

Nice room but too far and isolated from the airport. There is not much to do around the hotel.
