Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Hotel; would stay again I enjoyed my stay here. It was very short, just overnight, but I would stay here again when in Istanbul. It has a nice spa with baths that you can use. Make sure you book your massages/treatments early, as I was unable to book for the next morning. The food in the restaurant was very good, but it was too bright for a dinner service. The buffet looked good; but seemed a bit overpriced to me. Everything is more expensive (drinks, food, etc.) here…maybe because it is a chain hotel. I didn't mind because I liked the ease of staying at a brand I already know. November 11, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location, Comfortable Bed and Knowledgable Staff. MY wife and I enjoyed our stay at this Hotel, except that it took 2 days to change our room. The 1st room was next to an elevator, and it was somehow noisy when we tried to sleep at night. I requested a different room and was told the Hotel was sold out and will try to change our room whenever they can which was 2 days later after I reminded the F/D staff several times. In the country I work in ( Malaysia) I use Holiday Villa subang hotel for my stay in Kuala Lumpur I wanted to see if the quality of holiday inn in Istanbul is the same as the one in KL I believe I made the right choice, Holiday Inn hotel in Istanbul is a good location , cleanness , comfortable and value for money hotel Thank you November 5, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by ver Tage Istanbul Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb der City, ist aber mit der Strassenbahn ( Haltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel ) sehr gut zu erreichen. Beim einchecken etwas sehr unflexibel, vor 14 Uhr werden keine Zimmer verteilt. Weibliches Personal, welches in der Rezeption arbeiten, sehr unfreundlich bzw. arrogant. Männliches Personal sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück sehr gut und reichhaltig, alles sehr sauber, genauso wie die Zimmer. Problem hatten wir mit der Klimaanlage, sie lies sich nicht regulieren, hatten immer 26 Grad gegen 21 Uhr, am Morgen waren es dann 28 Grad. Immer wieder darauf aufmerksam gemacht, wurden aber nur vertröstet. Im Großen und Ganzen ein sehr gutes Hotel, absolut empfehlenswert. November 3, 2014
