Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great experience What s better than early check in at 9 am, free upgrade, free breakfast and late check out at 5pm. Asked the hotel by email to surprise us on our 25th anniversary and they did. We enjoyed our stay, the location is great and very close to shopping, restaurants and cafes in a busy street. Nearby 2 metro stations and bus stops. The hotel staff were very helpful and smiling. Special thank you message to Ms. Chiara of customer service for her help and support. November 14, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Schönes Hotel in Istanbul Schönes Hotel mit Swimming Pool, kleinem Hamam und Sauna und gutem Gym mit Freihanteln und vielen Cardio Geräten. Das Frühstück ist gut mit warmen Speisen und einigen türkischen Gerichten. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortable und (nach hinten raus) auch sehr ruhig. Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. WLAN hat im 6. Stock nicht funktioniert, aber die Rezeption hat uns einen anderen WLAN Zugang gegeben, der bestens funktioniert hat. Das Hotel ist nicht ganz zentral. Die Metrostation Osmanbey ist ca. 10 Min. entfernt. Von hier aus ist es noch eine Station bis Taksim. Zu Fuß ist es vom Hotel ca. 25 Min. bis Taksim. November 7, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Great location, good staff HI Sisli is located in a bustling neighbourhood. There are lots of local stores and restaurants nearby in a non-tourist area. The hotel is comfortable, though a little dated and due for a renovation. I have stayed in this property more than 8 times in the past 3-4 years and would go back. Rooms are fairly well insulated for sound from outside- best to get rooms facing the back, not the street. Sound insulation isnt all that great inside. Conversations in the corridors and rooms next door, and door closings can be heard loudly. Staff are friendly and attentive. They should take care to provide hotel guests with more than a little bottle of water every 2 days (although the Erikli water can be bought in nearby stores for about 50 cents). Breakfast buffet is good. The gym is adequate. It would be better to have less interruptions in the evening. You get separate staff coming in for chocolates, water and turn down. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Did not get my upgrade as Platinum Ambassador Hi, When I checked in, i informed the hotel staff that I am a platinum Ambassador and I should be getting an upgrade. They lied and informed that they already upgraded my room . After couple of days, I found out that what I got the same room as others! The point that I got is only for one room, while I had 2 rooms for 4nights. Thanks, October 13, 2014
