Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable but noisy. If you are going to stay here make sure to get a room that is not facing the highway. You will get a lot of highway noise as if your window is open. Not good with main Chicago traffic right off your balcony. March 18, 2016

The issue was reported multiple times and went unresolved for days, It was still not resolved when I checked out. The hotel says it has newly renovated rooms, but I don't know when they were renovated. During multiple business related stays I encountered peeling paint, rotting wood, water stains and worn furniture. The restaurant on site is average, at best. I would not recommend this particular Holiday Inn site. March 14, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No response from GM Im a frequent customer at this hotel for the past 15 years but the last few stays were less than acceptable. This past stay there was hair in the sink, bathtub and shower curtain. I was in town for a fund raiser where I was supplying dinner / steaks to help raise money for a charity. I bought over a $100 in meats but there was no fridge in the room so I called to get one. The staff immediately brought up the fridge and plugged it in. I put all the food in it to find out the next morning that the fridge did not work, still warm and the food went bad. I complained the customer service. The next day I called and left the GM a message regarding the issue and asked them to call me back. Well, its been 3 days with no response. I would think that being a SPIRE ELITE member that stays at this hotel frequently that the GM would have the common courtesy to call me back. March 9, 2016
