Uno de los mejores hoteles donde me he podido alojar dentro de esta cadena!. El trato de la gente, inmejorable!. La limpieza del hotel, super!. Nada mejor para ir a desconectarse de la rutina diaria!!.

If you want to visit Ixtapa in Mexico, Holiday Inn hotel is the perfect one if you don't have a great budget and want something more calm, relaxing. with good & nice accomodations without the beach or all included type of resorts.
My platinium priority was recognized at the check in, but in general terms the hotel staff could still be more nice and give more attention to make the stay perfect. Other than that It was a great hotel to stay during the Ixtapa triathlon back in June.

I had 2 rooms reserved till January 1, 2013.
I checked out on December 30th. after talking with the manager, he said that they would return my points for the 2 rooms, for the 2 days that I was not going to be there. up to this date, I have not seen any points going into my account. what's up?

THE HOTEL IS REALLY CARELESS, THE INSTALLATIONS OUTSIDE THE ROOMS AND INSIDE ARE REALLY POOR.
YOU GET A SENCE OF ABANDONMENT WHENYOU ARRIVE TO THE LOBBY, AND WHEN YOU APPROACH THE ROOMS IS WORSE.
THE PERSONAL AND THE WAY THEY TRY TO BE HELPFUL IS THE ONLY THING GOOD AT THE HOTEL.
THEY REALLY NEED AN EXTREME MAKE OVER
