The great opportunity for this hotel to shine were spoilt by there being very poor service in the restaurant, served by clearly poorly trained staff.
The outside impression was downgraded by a waste bin that had been attacked by Dingos, & left spread outside our room for 2 days. There was also a drinks bottle left in the inner courtyard for the same time.

It was nice and enjoyable stay. Food served in dinner was average and things like mini bar fridge and toilet door lock not working in the room.

we only stayed for one night ,but the staff were very friendly,the rooms re very clean and comfortable and the meals were excellent,with breakfast only costing an extra $5 ? when we made the booking.we would love the opportunity to go back and stay for longer

We stopped one night whilst showing a friend from Adelaide the sights of Kakadu. Had a restful night following a pleasant meal in the Hotel's restaurant. Full buffet breakfast the next morning was satisfying, with a very good range of selections.
We would recommend this hotel to our friends.

The staff were incredibly friendly and were very accommodating with any request from room service to recommendations of places to visit to general knowledge about the area. Will definately return.

We have stayed here on many occasions and found the staff at reception on check-in lack consistency. As a Priority Club Member we'd like that "little extra" and sometimes late check out, etc is offered, others times not. Sometimes requests are handled quickly, other times it can take several hours to have something followed up as on our last visit a week ago, waiting for the TV remote to be fixed for that long before someone turned up to investigate it. We must say that there is always one receptionist who is pleasant, informed and capable -Thank You to "Min" for your consistent, professional, support and assistance every time we have stayed and had the pleasure of being greeted by you.

Another fantastic visit to Kakadu with visiting family and friends. The Gagadju Crocodile Hotel offers a sanctuary of relaxation after a long day at Ubirr and Nourlangie.
Tickets organised for Yellow Waters Cruise and advice on whats available to do and see in the area first class.
Thanks Min for your welcome and professional attitude - the visitors were very impressed.

Stayed here recently and really enjoyed our time here. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the restaurant with buffet breakfast and a choice for dinner with buffet or al la cart. Both breakfast and dinner buffet had a very good selection. The dinner menu was very nice also. Did not dine there for lunch. Meals were served efficiently, fresh and hot. Our room was clean and fresh as was the rest of the motel. The only thing I would say is it is a pity there are no suites. We would recommend this hotel to others.
