The staff at the counter was less than excited to see me. The room smelled of cigarette and musty. The TV was from 1985. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

The room, the hallway and the elevator had a very bad smell. It was a musky, sour smell that left us with the impression that it was not clean. The room itself had a dirty bathroom, and an AC unit that was vibrating and extremely loud.

The guy at check in desk not very friendly, could care less about checking me in. I phoned after I got in the room asking about breakfast, told him I am platinum club member he said since I was using points they did not offer anything. He did not even mention coffee. However, when I checked out the next morning the clerks were very nice and seemed real happy.

I have been to many HI and found the staff unresponsive and rude. I also felt the presentation and state of the rooms unacceptable.

everything was good. The clerk at the desk when we checked was very very cold, not a pleasant person at all.

Front staff did not even pick his head up when I was checking out.
Front staff just looked at me with a "Oh no I have to work again" look as I was walking inside to check in. I had to greet them.The
bathrooms not clean at all, urine on the side of toilet and floors, toilet did not flush properly, handles fell off in shower and the toilet paper holder fell apart as I walked by it.
I stayed in the room for a total of 6 hrs. Longest 6 hrs of my life.
I did not choose a lower price hotel--I should have

Place was run down, carpet in the room was very dirty and as a platinum proirty member I have stayed at a lot of Holiday inns all across the U.S and Europe. and this was the worse by far. Went on to stay at the Holiday in St. Augstine which was wonderful.

At first we were given a room that had been sprayed to cover up some sort of smell. The second room had a very noisy ac as if the bearings on the blower were gone, the 3rd room had the hair dryer and coffee maker missing so the desk clerk asked us to take one from another room instead of getting a staff person to do it. Breakfast was charged extra.

The bed was okay but the check in was disappointing. I am a platinum member and did not get the welcome nor the recognition that I get at other facilities. The check in was abrupt and their was no one else present at the time.

Gt awake up call one hour early because the hotel had not adjusted the clocks or the system.hence no breakfast
The fabric of the hotel is up to par but they are understaffed and the clock thing is appalling. Guy on reception on his cell phone of hours while t her was no one t o serve in the resyaurant

If you are going to make service calls in Jacksonville, this is the place to stay. Easy access to the interstate, plenty of restaurants
in the area, and gas stations galore. The folks that manage this location are friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are clean with free wy-fi web service that's fast and a great shower. And one more thing, my wife and I felt very safe at this location. That is very important to us as seniors. We will stay here again.

I normally stay in holiday Inn hotels just outside major cities because I find their prices better but this one proved me wrong. Best value on my trip and best buffet breakfast. Fresh scrambled eggs. Table service with real knives and forks. If you are a platinum member of Priority Club your breakfast is complimentary. First time I was Recognized as a Platinum Member with benefits
