The hotel was nice, although not upscale enough to justify getting away from the typical HI continental breakfast that is generally served at most of your locations.
The room was fairly comfortable although the staff did a very poor job of cleaning the bathroom, there was hair all over from the previous guest, the rubber cleaning gloves were left on top of the towels and there was no soap or shampoo when I arrived.

Hotel well appointed and well maintained. Staff very congenial. Rooms very clean. What more can be hoped for?
A family member whom is an avid traveler and a rewards member for an upscale hotel brand came to visit at our Holiday Inn Hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the quality and overall appearance of the facility.
One small suggestion...the bar/lounge lighting can definitely be improved to create some ambiance. It is adjacent to the dining area, so it feels like you are sitting in a cafeteria. A suggestion would be to change up the lighting in the evening for diners and bar patrons alike.
Overall a great stay!

This hotel was probably one of the worst IHG hotels we have stayed in. The wifi did not work the first night we stayed. After calling the front desk, we were not given an actual answer to the problem. However, we were told he would look into it. It was never followed up, and finally it started working after we tried it the next day.
Also, we had to question how well the room had been cleaned prior to us being there. In the bathroom we found a fake eyelash just sticking to the kleenex box that did not belong to any of our guests. I have included a picture of the eyelash. It would be pretty hard to miss. Just makes you wonder what else was missed.
The biggest disappointment for me is that we had guests with us on this trip. Everytime I take a trip we stay in an IHG Hotel, and I brag about how nice they are to my friends, and when my friends see them drop the ball like they did on this trip, it frustrates me as a guest and loyal IHG Reward member.
