Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Comfortable room, interesting ambiance of the lobby I am glad I chose your hotel for my August 18th and 19th stay. I found the location was central to the places I needed to go to ..Kelapa Gading, Pacific Place, Kemang and 3 other areas. And the Hotel is near to the SHIA. Your staff were very nice. And the room had amenities and facilities adequate for a pleasant stay. August 24, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Room has too many issues I was staying at the Junior Suite and too many issues in the room. Aircon do not work properly, lowering the aircon temperature to 19DegC even i set it at 25DegC. In the end had to switch it off and make me sweat in my sleep. Toilet door knob came off, trapping me inside. Lucky, have a phone in the toilet and manage to contact the front desk for help. Staffs and manager are very attentive and immediately come to my rescue. But frightening moment for me. Water in teh shower cannot be control, either too hot or too cold. Shower room drainage system not working properly...making it flood very fast...so i have to finish shower fast too. All these should not happened to a hotel which is less than a year old. The cook in the Botany restuarant could not make a proper soft-boiled egg...after three attempts...i gave up!!! The saving grace is the front desk and off couse the staffs at the executive lounge...very friendly and attentive to my need. August 19, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Major improvements made at this property over the last 2 months When I last stayed at this property 2 months ago, it was with hesitation that I returned. At that time, the hotel was new and it showed. There was nothing wrong with it but was not memorable enough to visit again. On this visit, the thing that struck me was that the staff were all extremely enthusiastic and the level of service was high every where in the hotel. They seem to have taken on past feedback from guests with vigor and created a top class hotel. Staff were able to anticipate needs and I think were very well trained. I'll be back again without a doubt and it will be my first choice in Jakarta in future. One thing I need to bring up with management though is the shower. In my room, there was a water pressure issue. The cold water pressure sometimes disappeared completely but the hot water pressure was fine. There were times where i turned on the cold water only and nothing came out of the shower but a trickle. Also, i think the shower door opens the wrong way. It really should open inwards instead of out. Perhaps also a plastic capping on the bottom of the door to stop water leaking out into the bathroom floor. This is a design flaw but apart from that this hotel is stand out. August 17, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Shower is extremely poor overall experience is great. Only 2 points must mention. Shower is so poor, water pressure not enough for a pleasure shower. Water temperture hardly control, either too hot or too cold, never stay at a comfort temperture. Hot water sudden stop supplying. Check in and check out tme can be shorter. August 15, 2014
