I know the room would be clean and the bed would be able to grant me a good night rest after a hectic working day. This hotel is an excellent choice for those who want to escape downtown Jakarta and is highly accessible to the airport. December 22, 2014

Lobby and breakfast area particularly have significantly improved. Japanese and Korean breakfast are very good taste. December 14, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by I love your bed You rooms are always good and feel of the relaxation, what I love the most is bed and pillows. But pls do change the lotion package. I have super dry skin and need lot of lotion. The lotion package in any Holiday inn is super easy to crack when take the lotion out. For water temperature quality, only this Holiday Inn has non-consistancy. Either too hot or too cold, very difficult to adjust the temperature. The rest of the stay is good, staffs are friendly. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Situation during breakfast at 06.12.14 The situation during breakfast on Saturday 06.12.14 was completely inacceptable and will, most probably, prevent me from coming back. The restaurant manager was not at all able the crowded restaurant. The staff was running around without a visible concept; often without anything in their hands. I asked the manager for a free table. He told me that the table we were standing will be cleared and will be reserved for me. In the meantime I should explore the buffet opportunities. When coming back from the buffet the manager had already placed two other persons at the concerned table. I asked him how this is possible but didn't got an answer. Then he told me that now another table will be cleared and preserved for me and asked me for few seconds of passion. When coming back with a glass of juice the table was again given to another person. After this experience I ledt the restaurant and took breakfast outside the hotel. December 12, 2014

Among all the IHG hotels that I stayed so far, the staff team provide the best customer service. All of them are eager to offer their help to a foreign visitor to their country. I want to thank April and Anni for their exceptional assistance in their relative fields. Rooms are clean and of very high standard. The only complaint would be the wifi speed. It is not reallly very fast but bearable. I hope to be back soon to this great hotel. December 8, 2014
