Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Short Stay - but Very Sweet After a long and rough flight, finally arrived at JFK around midnight. I called the hotel to get shuttle directions and found a lovely guide in the desk clerk. Shuttle driver was awesome. The Hotel was very clean and modern. Still on West coast time, I called in the morning to inquire about late check out - and met another very friendly desk service agent. When we finally headed out to greet the day, this same service agent was amazingly helpful and patient in providing info and directions - and a subway map. Overall - great staff and very cozy stay - would recommend and book again! February 7, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Decent Hotel The hotel was okay. The room was small (especially the bathroom) but it was fine - and CLEAN. Unfortunately the hallway (especially where you exit the elevator) was not that clean at all. I'm not understanding why, because it's so close to the airport, the room isn't sound proofed from the outdoors. It might be a cost expenditure but if one of the chain hotels around JFK would do that people would notice and the capital investment would come back 10 fold. The staff (especially the girl that worked nights) was EXCELLENT. I didn't sleep that well but I think that was the detergent used for the bedding. I usually sleep pretty at Holiday Inns outside of the NY area. February 5, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stopover hotel I love the staff and the cleanliness of this hotel. We regularly use this hotel when we have a layover in NYC. The only drawbacks are that it is not close to a subway station or restaurants. It is quite a ways to walk to anything other than the onsite restaurant - and this is where they get you! There are no meals included in your stay and the restaurant is outrageously expensive! They charge by the cup of coffee - well over $2 a cup! A side of hash browns - $5! Beware if you are staying here and do not have transportation other than the shuttle bus. Go ahead and eat in the airport - it is much cheaper that the hotel. January 15, 2016
