The hotel is overall good. how ever the room we got was not that clean there was some blood on the bed sheets and pillow.

Hotel need to facilitate the following
1- parking area (more parking area)
2- own shuttle bus (not rented cars by 3rd party)
3- option to increase the lighting at the room, not all people like dark rooms.
and the following are my review for IHG group
1- adding more options / packages during the booking.
i was looking for a package of bonus points breakfast.
2- early booking discount.
and this review for Dining Rewards Club
* your employee who offered the Dining Reward offer to me was cheating me and informed me that all IHG hotels in the GCC are covered under the Dining Rewards. actually i didnt find any hotel in Jeddah / KSA except the intercontinental hotel.
i need to refund my money back.

The last stay in Jeddah - Al Salam Holiday Inn was number 10 for this year.
The front desk Staff become know me and finish my check-in in very short time, I could say the shortest time among all hotels that I did say in it.
I did get an upgrade even without asking and the room that I do prefer.
The registration manager called me in my room to ask if I do need any thing.
I do have 2 other reservations for month of November in Intercontinental and Crown Plaza , the Hotel registration manger offered me to call other registration managers to help me to get the required rooms.
Due to the excellent recent re-innovation of some room and the excellent treatment of Hotel workers, this hotel become my best hotel even when I go to Jeddah for a visit of 10 hours or more.
Many thanks for the hotel staff.

Room was fine. Service was great,staff was cooperative,location is convenient for pilgrims but not ideal for business travelers

Ich hatte ein "unrenoviertes" Zimmer - Bitte bei der Buchung drauf achten, dass man ein "renoviertes" Zimmer bekommt.
