The new renovation looks very nice and I have nothing but the utmost respect for the entire staff. They always make me feel welcome and as a road weary traveler this is an uncommon pleasure. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Not my best stay at this hotel I stay at this hotel quite often and I have to say the staff is very good! The hotel is under renovation so the entry way was not the best this time but that is to be expected. I have eaten at the restaurant but it was closed because of renovation. Normally my room is excellent and this time it was right up there except for the heating system. There had to be an issue with the unit but when I checked out I could not find someone at the front desk to let them know. I will stay there again this is not the norm. March 6, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Under construction This hotel is under construction. They don't tell you that when making a reservation. You have to go in the rear door. Not a big deal but it means that every guest wheels their suitcase over the cracks in the sidewalk just outside your room. Also every guest that goes outside for a smoke stands and talks outside your window. I am a platinum priority club member. No recognition or gift on check in. February 11, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by newly renovated this is my first visit to this property. it is an older hotel but the rooms have been nicely renovated. the reception area and lobby are closed due to construction but if they come out as well as the rooms it should be a very nice property. i travel between fl and ma regularly and will definitely add this to my list of favorites. The customer service was wonderful, the hotel was clean and the room where very nice.. The hotel was under some construction in the front lobby and resturant . But they had a conference room set up for breakfast and dinners.. The manager Sean was very helpful and the staff down to the maintance people where very friendly and courtesy.. January 27, 2013
