Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Gutes Hotel, IHG Anmeldung funktioniert nicht Gutes Hotel, hat aber noch potential. Bis auf die neu Registrierung und der Stress in der IHG Lounge war soweit alles bestens. Das Zimmer war OK nur befindet auf der Hinterseite eine riesige Baustelle die noch länger dauern wird. Fenster sind leider zu wenig isoliert um am Tag sich ungestört am Zimmer aufhalten zu können. Die Nacht ist Ok, nur das Klima im Zimmer ist durch die schlechte Isolierung nur mit Kühlung angenehm , was in de Nacht wieder störend ist. January 18, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable bed and great service great hotel. Enjoy the pool on the 9th floor. Don't get a room where there is an adjoining room, you'll hear everything through the door. With power outages in the city, these guys have generators, as well as great internet. It's a safe place also. January 5, 2016

Good shuttle service facility to the local mall and attentive Concierge services. Breakfast can be improved for vegetarians. January 5, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Stay For being at any hotel for more then a few days there are always things that are not going to go smoothly. For me the place where I felt not as I thought I should would have been the restaurant and bar. The food and drinks were acceptable but for the most part the staff had an attitude more like they were doing you a favor. I thought that this might just be the way SA is but after dining at the mall around the corner I was treated like a paying customer. Not that the staff was rude, the response times were slow and on more then one occasion the wrong food/drink was brought, but when noted it was corrected. I would stay at this hotel again, the room was great and was always clean, the bathroom was amazing. December 18, 2015
