Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by power outage got to the hotel and the power went out until almost midnight. i am hoping that i am rewarded 500 to 1000 points for the inconvenience but im not hopeful. thank goodness that it was an easy checkout , i feel sorry for the guests that had to wait for the computer issued checkout. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel needs help The facility looks to be 20+ years old and I don't think the rooms have ever been renovated since it was built. As soon as I entered the elevator I knew this would not be a good stay - the room wasn't any better. Dirty - outdated and not well kept. What caused me to write this review was the room service. I ordered the New York Steak ($19.95 on the attached menu# - room service showed up with my food and a total bill of almost $30.00 - I showed this person the menu #pictured# and he said there were additional charges. I asked him where the additional charges were on the menu - he didn't know so I told him to take the food back. By the time someone followed up with me #to show me that on the breakfast menu - there was something that told about additional charges#. Y - I might have seen this if I were ordering breakfast ... but this was at 7:00pm. When he was there the Jimmy John's guy showed up and I asked his opinion- showed him the dinner menu and he agreed it should be $19.95. I was then told the menu's hadn't been updated - then why should I have to pay for something I was not aware of. The time it took the hotel to offer me my meal for free #which I would not accept) Jimmy John's had food at the door. December 9, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome Experience This was a great place to stay at. The staff here was always very helpful and always smiling to customers. The rooms were great, beds very comfortable. We were there for 4 days for training and no complaints from anyone in our group. The housekeepers very professional and courteous. The only thing I could say could improve on is more staff for the bar/resteraunt, I did have to wait 20 minutes for a hamburger but that is only complaint the food was great and beer cold. But if ever in the area again I would def stay at this property. November 12, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Needs an Upgrade Hotel has the appearance of being rundown. Stale smell of old cigarettes by elevator. No light on elevator button on 4th floor so don't know if elevator is coming or not. Dingy inside hallways. Scaffolding outside window and workers talking and working starting around 7:30 am. I made my next reservation in the area at a different hotel. October 22, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Holiday Inn property EVER! This hotel actually RAN OUT OF WATER in the morning. First, no hot water. Then, no water at all! We had a conference to attend and more than half of the attendees couldn't have a shower or BRUSH THEIR TEETH in the morning. When the front desk was notified they offered keys to empty rooms (we were told it was booked to capacity) for cold showers. That is proof that they knew about this problem in advance yet chose not to resolve it. I will continue to tell people not to stay here. Also, it was the dirtiest filthiest Holiday Inn room that I have ever seen. I got dressed standing on a towel to avoid touching the floor. October 7, 2013
