Good clean rooms. Breakfast was good. Parking was safe and had lots of room.

Hotel out dated ,clean rooms, cables & electric cords exposed not safe for children.very nice flat screen TV maid service excellent, hotel staff very good one of best I have experienced anywhere, but working with huge handicap, Swimming pool & fitness closed not made aware of until after check in, no refrigerators in room, although would rent you one. Wi-Fi did not work ,two restaurant on site but not very good hours of operation, breakfast buffet available but was told only if enough people checked in. someone on our floor had two dogs one of them yapped all night, did not bother me I am a heavy sleeper but keep my wife up all night long, was surprised we had no valet help with luggage checking in or leaving a first for us. again with all that was not right the staff went over board to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We were in town of granddaughters graduation so we did not have to stay at hotel only at night and mornings

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. The room was filthy. The room was smelly. The bed was terrible and very uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty and what looked like mold growing in the floor tiles.

We found 2 used tissues under our covers. Tv did not work properly. That was ok, I just watched tv on my tablet. the shower curtain in the bathroom needed replaced and the small shampoo bottle was half empty. two lamps and an alarm clock were plugged into an old looking power strip. I was afraid to plug my phone charger into it. I am used to getting a free hot breakfast at similar hotels, but ended up paying about $10.00 for just one breakfast at this one.

This facility has been allowed to fall into disrepair over the last few years. It is run down and badly needs updating. It is not up to normal Holiday Inn standards.
The staff is helpful. The food was good. The only problem is the condition of the facility. Several members of my organization checked out and went to other area hotels. One couple changed rooms four times trying to get one in better shape. Their fourth room was overrun by ants. The carpet in the business center was wet and moldy. The bath exhaust fan was noisy and didn't move air resulting in the whole room being overly wet. The mattresses were lumpy. The pillows were uncomfortable.
There are other facilities in this area that are a better choice for the same money. This facility needs remodeled. Stay elsewhere until it is.

This hotel has a lot of issues due to not keeping it up to date
no money has been spent on the décor
or the rooms
beds are old and uncomfortable
insects in the rooms
poor shower pressures
tub surrounds are old and falling apart
internet very slow
elevators are slow and no permits posted on them

We had problems with the sleeping rooms. 1st room had a leak in the ceiling, 2nd room someone had been smoking in it and the 3rd room was not cleaned the next day.
Hotel is convenient to the Convention Center but is in need of renovations.
