This hotel has a lot of issues due to not keeping it up to date
no money has been spent on the décor
or the rooms
beds are old and uncomfortable
insects in the rooms
poor shower pressures
tub surrounds are old and falling apart
internet very slow
elevators are slow and no permits posted on them

We had problems with the sleeping rooms. 1st room had a leak in the ceiling, 2nd room someone had been smoking in it and the 3rd room was not cleaned the next day.
Hotel is convenient to the Convention Center but is in need of renovations.

This hotel is a prime candidate for a complete remodel and renovation. Staff are friendly, but need to address problems as they find them and get them fixed before the guest arrives, not after they complain. Definitely not worth the price they charge for its condition.

Came here for a quick business trip. Hotel staff was friendly, but hotel and room décor was outdated and worn. There were electrical outlets, but not in very convenient locations. No complementary breakfast. We checked out the on-site restaurant for breakfast, but decided to go somewhere else as service seemed slow.

Nice staff, tired facilities, beds uncomfortable need to be replaced. Hard to sleep and awoke with a back ache due to the broken down bed.

Hotel is a little dated but is very comfortable and close to lots of choices for restaurants. Right off of I44. Love the beds and pillows! We thought our remote was in need of a battery and the front desk called to check and see if everything was okay soon after we arrived in the room. I reported the problem with watching TV and the maintenance personnel appeared at our door less than a minute later.
