This was a terrible stay. When we arrived we were put into a room that was very dirty. The pull out couch which was going to be used for our kids had used dirty bedding inside with popcorn and other food smashed inside. It was disgusting. We went to the from desk and notified them. We were then moved to another room and were told that this was should be much nicer. When we arrived in this room it was not. We ran into the same problem. The bedding inside the pull out couch had dirty bedding inside this time with crushed chips and other nasty food. There was water damage all over the ceiling in this room. Inside the bathroom there was mold in the shower and they tried to paint over it. So the hotel is fully aware of the black mold growing inside of the shower. I thought that holiday in prides itself in updating all of their hotels. This hotel had not updated either room nor did they try to keep either room clean. I was disgusted by our stay. We also were excited to use the pool for our kids and the pool was closed. The kids were very disappointed. We travel a lot for sports, vacation, and many various reasons and always choose to stay at Holiday Inn. I am thinking that I may reconsider after this stay. I know I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!

The pool and workout room were both closed because the roof was leaking. The room had an old odor and the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. My experience at this IHG hotel was not good at all.

great hotel. update the rooms, especially the bathrooms and add a hot, complementary breakfast and it'll be the ticket. Great customer service.
