Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Rude unhelpful front desk, broken pool heater We decided to take some family for a night of fun and swimming. I called this hotel directly and asked about room availability. I told them i needed a joining rooms and they did not indicate that it would be a problem. I had to book through the 800 number though as I was using rewards points. I call the morning of our arrival to check that our rooms were correct and the girl was very rude and told me i booked the wrong rooms for that. I asked if there was anything she could do and I was told that she had 120 people to check in today and there was nothing she could do to help me (in a snotty tone). I asked for a manager and when I talked to her she said she we would need to change one of our room types which i told her I was fine with and she said she would see what she could do. When we checked in I could tell the girl was the same one that I first talked to and when I asked if they were able to get us a joining rooms she once again told me we booked the wrong rooms. Then she quickly checked us in, did not go over breakfast, where our rooms were, or even where the elevator was. So we were going to make the best of it only to find out the pool heater was broken and was cold. The one bright spot was the restaurant, great food and service. February 4, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Rude guest/ a nightmare stay This was the worst stay ever, rules states no out side food or beverages in the atrium, you had to wear a wrist band to enter pool, one per guest in room. This was no problem, IF THEY ENFORCED IT. On Sat the 30th over 50 people with out side food, and half of the people in pool no wrist bands, I had mine. Also the hot tub stated maximum of 9 , they were 30 kids at one time stuff in the hot tub. No response from the local staff, after complaining they acted like I was the bad guy. they made me sign a statement that I would follow the rules and have no outside food, or beverage, and no unauthorized guest in the pool when I checked in. This was an insult, I have stayed at this location over 12 times in the last two months. not any more. February 4, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by it was a room Requested a pool view and got a brick wall and stair case , for the cost of a king size bed and pullout , could have had more than 6 pillows and a blanket for the pullout, a sheet for the pullout would have been nice too,. went to take a shower and those lil shampoos and soaps that save the rare travelers that forget would have been nice .. wasn't expecting the coliseum of rooms but at least a Lil better than what i got, Glad I only stayed the one night . Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable and Clean I stayed at this hotel for three nights because of a conference that was being held there. My experience was great! The restaurant serves exceptionally good food and the pricing is very reasonable. The overall price was very fair for the level of comfort and service received. I would certainly consider staying at this hotel again in the future. January 25, 2016
