What impressed me the most was the fact that we could leave our car in their parking lot while we were out of the country on holiday. Excellent shuttle service to and from the airport. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Exceptional Customer Service My work requires frequent stays in hotels throughout BC. My stay at the Holiday Inn in Kamloops was exceptional. It started with booking the reservation. When checking in I had multiple requests involving meals in the dining room, booking meeting rooms and "pet friendly" requirements. All the arrangements were immediately met and the ensuing service we received beyond expectation. Rooms are very clean, well appointed and comfortable and the White Spot restaurant serves great food. When the town I'm travelling to has a Holiday Inn consider the reservation made! January 19, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Always a nice stay Decided to stay at this location for a few days of R&R after a hectic holiday work schedule. Laynee, at front desk was very gracious in providing me an upgrade to a larger room in a quiet area with my IHG status. She is always friendly and even remembered me from my stay last January. A true asset to Holiday Inn. As I travel 200+ plus days a year for work, it was nice to be able to spread out a bit and have some space to really relax. Every interaction with the staff at the hotel from the room attendants to all front desk staff was very pleasant. I look forward to my next visit. Great hotel. Jason B. January 9, 2016
