Very good restaurant downstairs. Staff was very pleasant and the food was good. Overall a great stay and would have no problem staying there on my next visit. December 14, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Decent Hotel, just don't stay during hockey season This hotel has two personalities. If there is not a big hockey event on, it is a decent place (good value, good location). If there is any kind of an event in the area, the hotel fills up with a ton of hockey families. The hotel staff does nothing to prevent them from taking over the hotel....they play hockey in the hallways, they run wild in the gym, make huge amounts of noise (starting as early as 6:30am) and make getting an elevator impossible). Complaining to the staff does nothing, they just turn a blind eye (I guess they are happy for the business). If you need to get rest (for business) or want to have a relaxing getaway, stay somewhere else (just in case there is an event....I actually asked at the time of booking and no one cared to mention is to me in advance).
