Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by unhelpful staff Hotel is beautiful in a great location but the staff is another story. Though it was not busy the staff seemed like I was bothering them checking in. I was not asked about points or goody bag and had to wander the hotel looking for exercise room ect. No explanation of the grounds or anything. It was not until the third day I figured out that you could enter the parking garage through the hotel. Again was never told any of this. I had originally booked for 11 days as I was on a business trip but switched hotels after 5 nights due to the staff. Also all the exercise equipment squeaks horribly. December 13, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Too much noise all hours of the night Not happy with the room they gave me. It was across from the 3 elevators, could get a good night sleep because of all the noise. It was also next to the maids supply room and that door was opened and slammed early morning hours too. 3 nights of being woke up during the night due to guest getting on and off the elevators and loud talking right outside my door while they were waiting for the elevators. Staff didn't seem to care about this and did nothing to try to move me. Will not stay there again. Would recommend you don't stay there either. December 12, 2014
