Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by My experience The lady who checked us in was great. She was very attentive and polite. She made the experience enjoyable because she made us feel welcome right away. She joked and teased with my wife and I as we checked in. We got in late and decided to eat supper there, something we will rarely do at a hotel. To my surprise, the food was very good. Again, we received excellent customer service. Our waitress was awesome. She was very attentive and did not come across as obtrusive as some will tend to do. Our largest and only complaint was that we lost cable television. It was out in the whole hotel. Sunday morning were not able to lay around and watch tv. That was very disappointing because that was one of the reasons we chose to get away. Very bummed about that. Overall, excellent stay. We were not the least bit happy about the cable issue though. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pit Stop Great location for anyone traveling by plane or car, but not so great for someone wanting to visit KC. There is a restaurant relatively close by car that is well known for its country cooking and great breakfasts. The hotel is large and connected to a convention center by a covered walkway. This can be an inconvenience for anyone looking for a pit stop. There is no convenient parking for IHG platinum members so if you arrive late expect a hike from the parking lot. October 6, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff and Service I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have been very happy with all aspects of the service provided . From the very warm greeting at check-in to the pleasant service and conversation at the bar to the very attentive service in the restaurant. I want to particularly single out Sydney at check-in. She has gone out of her way to ensure your stay is as good as can be. I am impressed that she remembers you and greets you personally as a returning customer. Kudos to the entire Service team.
