Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Convenience This hotel was very convenient to the KC Airport, and had shuttle availability if needed. The room was clean, but a bit dated in décor. All other experiences at this hotel were excellent. I am just used to staying in more updated/newer Holiday Inn Express Hotels. The front desk staff were EXCELLENT. Located about 4 miles from shops and Restaurants. That was Excellent as well. August 25, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Recent Stay Met my expectations for the hotel. The only issue I had was the van driver that picked me up at the airport was less then pleasant, made no effort to assist with luggage. I didn't need any however, the offer is always appreciated as good customer service and the van was really, really bad. It smells bad, the seats are stained and the bottom step of the van/bus is so rusted I was concerned that my foot was going to go right through. Really should be looked into as a safety concern. Thought the exterior and interior of the building was decorated perfectly. The room was wonderful with everything that we could ask for in a hotel room. August 21, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Check the Hotel Address When Navigating There are both a Holiday Inn and a Holiday Inn Express near the Kansas City Airport. Make sure you have the right one programmed into your GPS! I found myself initially at the wrong hotel. The hotel staff politely explained the error and directed me to the correct hotel. Once I was checked into the correct hotel, the rest of the stay was what I expected from a Holiday Inn: a clean room, a comfortable bed, a wake-up call and a complimentary shuttle to the airport. I will definitly stay at Holiday Inns in the future. August 19, 2014
