Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A great place to stay when visiting Kansas City Due to fortunate circumstances, I was able to make it out from California to Kansas City for 4 Chiefs games this season. For the last 3 games I attended, I stayed at this hotel. While It's not near the stadium, it is very close to the airport. Also, the quality of service and the helpfulness of the hotel staff is wonderful. Any need or concern I had, they addressed it as quickly as possible. It's not easy to feel at home on the road when you travel a lot, as I do, but that's how I felt when staying at this hotel. December 20, 2014

The resteraunt and bar staff were very friendly and gave outstanding recommendations. Fast, friendly, and a great USDA choice steak. December 16, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nondescript Stay at KCI I was not satisfied staying here. The wait was too long checking in due to one person at the desk. I had to put my hand in the tank of the toilet to flush the toilet since the flush handle was broken. And I ate in the dining area, asked for a salad and a burger and never received the salad. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not happy as a platinum elite member I was not happy with our stay there this time. I am a platinum elite member and have always got free breakfast with our stay. When I arrived they told me they stopped doing that in January 2014 but when we stayed in March we received them. If I would've known this I would've went ahead and paid the extra five dollars and added it to our room when I booked. They charged us $30 for two people to eat. I just feel that is ridiculous for breakfast and they should've notified all rewards members. December 10, 2014

I could have easily joined in the conversation of my next door neighbors. The cleaning staff started early and were very loud in the halls. One male front staffer was very aloof and disconnected. I think he wanted to be anywhere but there it seemed. December 7, 2014
