Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very solid, for the most part . . . My group of 30 adults stayed here in early February and overall, I was very pleased with our experience. Check-in was quick and efficient, staff was very helpful, rooms were clean, modern, and had fresh linens and towels. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! My only concern was the lack of hot water in one of the wings where two of my folks were assigned. When told of the situation, the front staff was "snippy" and unconcerned. Need to work on these skills and get the hot water turned on when guests are assigned a room there. Otherwise, I will stay here again. February 24, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Best in the area This hotel received a lot of poor reviews on both IHG and Google, which made me hesitant to book there. However, I came to realize when I stayed there the negativity was most likely centered around the fact that the hotel is old. I'll admit, the HVAC and fitness center can really use some updating, but as a frequent IHG customer, I personally recommend this hotel. February 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by FOOD What has happened to the food.. I have stayed at this hotel for over 10 years now, 90% of the time I stay here I eat dinner at the bar. I have no idea what has changed but the food quality has really declined. Karen always takes great care of all of her customers but she can not fix what comes out of the kitchen. February 9, 2015

The bar and food I really enjoyed. I do not leave the hotel. Karen is great to talk to and the food is good. I will return! February 5, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very clean, great staff I was very pleased with this hotel. First time here at this Holiday Inn. The staff i will say is great at this Holiday Inn. The hotel is very clean, proper, and nice for I believe to be an older Holiday Inn. My only complaint as i also saw in reviews, was the noisy furnace. My room was not so bad except the snaps from the older furnace clicking on and off. I think the next thing this hotel would do would be going to new furnaces as still using the old standup room furnaces that I am sure are quite old. Other than the furnace, this hotel is great with the ultimate in staff. I would stay again. January 27, 2015
