Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Run down property but exceptional staff I read a lot of the other positive reviews, and I really had the opposite experience. The hotel is very run down - older, dark, in need of repairs. The outside looks fine, but the inside is dreary and run down. I had to move rooms once and both rooms had issues with keys not working. The beds were lumpy and leaning to one side, maid service only made the bed and didn't replace any coffee or anything like that. When I closed my shades on the window, there were holes all through the shade. Everything was just old and run down. The toilet seemed wasn't quite working right, the fridge made noise as did the air conditioner. BUT - although the Holiday Inn seriously needs to do some upgrades to this property, the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. October 1, 2015

It is a little older but other than that, everything worked well and looked good.If you are looking for a nice place to stay and be fancy in. no but if you need a place to sleep while you're away with no reservations, I'd recommend this place October 1, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Cleanliness of Room The room that we stayed in wasn't clean and there is no reason why it shouldn't have been. We didn't arrive to the hotel until after 6:30pm. There was a used towel on the back of the bathroom door and a half empty water bottle sitting on the table. Honestly, the hotel wasn't bad overall but the cleanliness of our room really made us frustrated to be paying as much as we were to not have it be clean. September 30, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by friendly staff Shuttle service was on point, staff was very helpful. Had a good breakfast to get my day started and at a good price. Look forward to my next visit. I would keep this location to myself but then they won't be able to stay in business. So stop by and relax for a night or three. Did I mention the casinos near by ask the front desk about them. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome location and great breakfast!! This Holiday Inn was close to the attraction and business went for. Thank goodness we booked our room early. They were full when we checked in. The time we actually spent at the motel was comfortable and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was better than any other place we've stayed in. so many choices and well stocked breakfast selections. The Dining staff were so professional and very polite and patient considering we were there on a holiday weekend and it was packed. I would like to return when I can spend more time in the facility and relax and enjoy my stay. September 11, 2015
