Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room Not Cleaned I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. On Day 3 when I returned to the hotel at 6 pm, the room had not been cleaned. I was super upset, after a long day at training. I spoke to Tracy at the front desk who immediately contacted Housekeeping. LaShonda came to my room and did an excellent job even though her shift had just started. Nafeera the Housekeeping asst manager apologized and made the rest of my trip pleasurable. We were provided with an earlier breakfast due to our daily travel times to our work site. Would definitely stay again for pleasure as well as work in the future. June 16, 2016
