Attention to detail lacking. If my room was non smoking, why was a cigarette hole in the cushion of the chair. You call that a gym? Very few exercise machines. No towels available and no antibacterial wipes. I had to ask the desk clerk for them. Then he said they were ordered. What, no one could go to CVS and pick up some? However, when I brought the towel issue to the clerk, he took care of it. TV set was unplugged. Had to plug it in myself.

After a poor experience in A2 two week's prior - this visit left me feeling the same. Room was dingy and in need of a facelift.
However, the service in the bar area was terrible. Bartender was clearly slammed and did nothing to remedy the situation - like ask another server or manager for help. Where was the manager, anyway? Food was incorrect, took too long to remedy and no apology was offered. Bartender had way too much attitude considering his lack of ability. Will not go back. Starting to rethink this whole Priority Club Visa Card. I know other chains have just as many perks.

Parking was convenient, museums and Country Club Plaza are walkable. Only complaint: one half of our king bed slanted. Breakfast was very reasonable. Would have like an ice machine on our floor.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by LW64 Great service - unable to provide comfortable pillows.
What would have been an awesome hotel turned into uncomfortable! After the first night I left BIG notes on the pillows that they were "too big". We got "not quite as big". My neck problems need small, soft, and that apparently is not an option here. Why not put a fairly flat pillow in a drawer for those who require it? Other hotels do.
