Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn & CoCo Keys WaterPark Despite having a special rate and a birthday party booked at the water park, the staff would not let us check in early or at least reserve us a room near our family. Over half of our party, 4 rooms including the people that booked the party had to move rooms either for lack of heat or room cleanliness. Our rooms were supposed to be at a special rate, which I did not receive, despite the booking agent having put a note with the reservation. My credit card statement also shows a different amount than the folio I received, which now means that I have to call to try and get everything corrected during working hours. Kids enjoyed the water park but it did seem that water was a bit cold at first but was fine as long as you weren't out of the water a long time. I would recommend the water park but not staying at the hotel. March 3, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Nasty Dirty I stay in hotels 3 nights a week on average. I understand that this is a kids waterpark hotel. But....Run a vacuum once in a while. Wipe off the phone. Make sure there's a shower curtain, coffee pot, hair dryer, dirty clothes bag in the room. There was stuff all over the floor. This was the second dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. We had 14 people staying there and they were all very disappointed. The staff was very apologetic but I got the feeling that they had to do that a lot. February 27, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by In need of total renovation. No heat the first night. Funky smell-real bad. Desk lamp did not work. Second day, noticed garbage on bathroom floor. No blow dryer. Still funky smell even though I asked that it be cleaned. Third day, garbage from first day is still on floor; still smells funky & the only "cleaning" they did was take the dirty towels. Bed was not made, nor was sink cleaned. Went to check out & "system" was down. Was not charged for any nights. And rightly so. Worst experience I have ever had in a Holiday Inn. February 23, 2015
