Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic manager that cares about her members! Even though I had a few problems with my stay, this is still the best location I've ever stayed at. The common area in the lobby was the nicest, most inviting I've seen. I never go hang out in the common areas, but I enjoyed hanging out by the fireplace reading. Very inviting and relaxing. The member appreciation is above and beyond anywhere else I've stayed. Truly makes you feel valued as a customer. Even when problems arose, staff bent over backwards to make it right and rectify the situations. The manager even made it a point to come find me and make sure all was well with my stay. (even personally brought me an Italian soda by the fire) I look forward to returning when in the area!! =) December 15, 2014

However, we definitely had some problems with service in the restaurant, ranging from not knowing what accompaniments came with what on the menu, as well as the pricing, to long waits to be seated, to mild-to-fair-tasting and appealing food. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Good Business Room This hotel is a great get away for the business traveler. Great for late arrivals, good access to freeways and awesome room service. The rooms could be cleaner and for priority club members they could put you on the club level, but overall good value for the money. Internet is good and lighting is very good. December 11, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed, lousy housekeepting First, they asked me to take a survey and then they REQUIRED I write a review! They are lucky I didn't just close the window. But, since they are forcing me to write this, I might as well tell the truth. The hotel is often full of children that are noisy because they have an indoor water park on site. The business center, should you need it, has extremely slow computers. If you need to print something off, good luck! Once the business center was full of very rowdy December 10, 2014

I will stay in the hotel anytiime I am in this city. I especially want to comment on one staff member in the restausant division...Shantee. She was our hostess for the entire stay and we were so very impressed with her personality, service and overall help. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who needs a relaxing experience. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff but work to do... The staff here was very friendly. I can't say enough about the young lady who checked me in. She was outstanding. (I'm disappointed I can't remember her name.) No for the bad part. The room was okay, definitely not what I was expecting. It was very uncomfortable and extremely hot during our stay. It was so bad they gave us box fans. The thermostat doesn't give you much control over your own environment. We signed up for the breakfast package and lunch once there during our stay. The food was very disappointing. If they were able to fix the heating/cooling issue and step up their game in the restaurant, this hotel could be great. December 10, 2014
