No heat the first night. Funky smell-real bad. Desk lamp did not work.
Second day, noticed garbage on bathroom floor. No blow dryer. Still funky smell even though I asked that it be cleaned.
Third day, garbage from first day is still on floor; still smells funky & the only "cleaning" they did was take the dirty towels. Bed was not made, nor was sink cleaned.
Went to check out & "system" was down. Was not charged for any nights. And rightly so.
Worst experience I have ever had in a Holiday Inn.

The room was nasty. Even though I did not bring a pet I was put on the pet floor where dogs were everywhere. The room was discusting! Waterpark was ok. The kids really enjoyed it but not too clean either.
Overall gross place to stay!

I went to the front desk the next morning before 10 am to ask to have the linens replaced. I also asked for a remote control. There was not one in the room. We returned to our room at 4 pm and service not had been done A staff member came by to check to see if we needed towels When I showed her the Cheetos on the comforter and the dingy linens she stripped the bed. I went to the front desk and told the guest service employee that the request had not been corrected. We set in the lounge for 30 minutes before returning to our room. The sheets etc had been replaced and we now had a remote. The replacement sheets were clean but still worn and dingy. Much poorer linen quality than the crisp bright sheets I am accustomed to at an IHG property.

We rerserved 2 adjoining rooms with 2 double bed in each. When we got there, they said they aren't adjoining. They got us adjoining with 1 king size bed in each. We asked for different rooms with the previous bed request. we got rooms close by but not adjoining. The heater doesn't work in our new room. They come fix it. While we are gone running around a hose breaks in the heater system and floods our room (402, 302, 202, and the Main Office). We are asked to move AGAIN!!! So we take our myriad of stuff that you travel with when you have a family to the new room. (Every time we moved, we had to wait 30 minutes on a luggage dolly). Finally get in the new room and they (Hotel) never offered any compensation, or anything. We are not looking for free stuff but their problem resolution and service abilities were far below par.
Oh by the way. THE INDOOR WATERPARK NEVER HAD TOWELS AS THEY CLAIMED TO HAVE SO WE GOT TO FREEZE WALKING BACK TO OUR ROOMS EVERYDAY!!!!
Hint: Take your room towels.

Everything about our stay was terrible. From the disgusting, dirty, smelly, over crowded, unattended water park to our broken down mattress, having to take our own trash out, uncomfortable temperatures in our room, black mold in the window sills,. I would not reccomend this hotel or water park to ANYONE!!!

When we arrived in our room there was a half drank Pepsi in the refrigerator. The thermostat broke during our first night which made the room chilly in the morning. I told the front desk about the issue and asked for fresh linens and refill of towels for night two before we left at about 10:00am. When we arrived back to the room at 5:00pm our room hadn't been touched. Housekeeping was in the hallway so we asked them for new linens and towels. We were told they were out of towels but our room would be touched up. We went to dinner and came back at about 8:30 and our room hadn't been touched. I went to front desk, got new towels, put in ANOTHER repair request on the thermostat, and asked for linens. By about 9:00pm we had fresh linens and our thermostat was fixed.
The hotel's restaurant, Casey's, was less than desirable too and the room that the indoor pool was in was frigid making swimming a chore.
The water park however was fun and was the only redeeming trait to the hotel stay.
