Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel I give this hotel 4 stars. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a very nice hotel, with a restaurant and a indoor water park. The hotel was full the two nights we stayed, (chiefs home game), so there were some long waits for the elevators, which I understand being the size of this hotel. The only negative is that the parking is horrible. The front lot fills up quickly, so that leaves the side and back lots and it is a long way to walk to the entrance's. Now, what lost the 5th star for me, was that the night of the football game, the hotel SELLS empty hotel parking spots to "non residents" of the hotel. When we drove back to the hotel after the game, we had to park in the back lot and walk a ways with poor lighting. January 28, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel Hotel was very clean. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The water park was decent. There were a few areas where it smelled like sewage and I saw a couple of lifeguards trying to hide that they were texting while working. The bathrooms were very dirty and every single stall was out of toilet paper. But, my kids had fun. Just avoid the bathrooms at Co Co keys and keep a close eye on your kids. Most of the lifeguards were doing their jobs, but I did see two lifeguards texting while "watching " for kids in the pool.the hotel was perfect and I don't have one complaint. January 22, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by would not recommend Check in was fast. Room didn't have heat or hot water, toilet was dirty, trash was under the bed, trash on carpet like it hadn't been vacuumed. Could hear the guest in the room across the way snoring and coughing all night. Water park was unclean in several areas, and the stinch was awful, it smelled like rotten eggs. Arcade was a blast! Casey's restaurant was very good, food and service was the best! Gym was great! Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Just outdated and in need of repairs. January 15, 2015

We were all blown away with the help and very friendly staff and saw so many many smiles - not just on customers faces but on all the staff as well. Loved every single minute about it!!! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by LOVEMYGRANDKIDS I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY THAT THE HOTEL WAS A PET-FRIENDLY LOCATION. EVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE WATERPARK WAS SO FUN FOR THE KIDS BUT ONE OF THE TWO DAYS THEY WERE TOO SHORT OF STAFF TO OPEN UP PARK OF THE PARK....KIDS WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED. THE PET ROOMS WERE VERY SMALL AND WE ENDED UP GETTING A SECOND ROOM BECAUSE IT WAS JUST TOO SMALL FOR US. THE GIRL AT THE FRONT DESK WAS SO HELPFUL IN GETTING US A SECOND ROOM. January 14, 2015
