Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nice staff, but well used hotel and overpriced! We had 4 rooms there last weekend. The temperature was either too hot or too cold and the thermostats didn't seem to work. The beds were old, the rooms and bathrooms were dirty. Our towels and cups were removed daily but not replenished. The location was great for the stadium and the kids loved the waterpark, but for the quality the hotel was way overpriced! November 21, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Had a good night of rest before the game My room was good. The issues I had got fixed quickly. Just the others I was with had more issues. I would go back to this hotel because they have such great service and accommodate your every need like a hotel should do. November 20, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Stay was ok, mistakes led to some inconvenience My family and I stayed at the holiday for the 3rd or 4th time this passed weekend. We always enjoy ourselves even though it is busy during football season. The pool is always nice and run well. The adults only hot tub gets over run by kids but someone does come out to enforce the rules. We did have an issue at checkin where the housekeeper on our floor let another guest into our assigned room before we got there. In fact that were let in as we were approaching. I went to the front desk I let them know. Apparently the other guest was given the wrong room number and when her key didn't work she asked housekeeping to let her in, which they did. Front desk handled it well and I was fine being moved to a different room. Minor inconvenience but I was on with it. The next day housekeeping didn't clean our room. We were out of the hotel all day and when we came back it was clear no one had come I clean. I am not sure if we were left off the list due to the confusion at check in but it was disappointing. We had to call for towels and toilet paper and Kleenex as a result. No a big deal but kind of irritating. The very next morning we went to the restaurant in the hotel for breakfast. I wish we had went to Denny's across the street. Breakfast was mediocre at best (buffet) but still fairly expensive at $15 per person considering the lack of options. I never saw a server until she dropped off our bill. I basically paid $15 for scrambled eggs and bacon. This was the most disappointing point in my opinion. Anyway, a fare stay overall. We will probably stay again but avoid the restaurant and keep an eye on housekeeping. November 19, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by dirty bathtub and thin walls Bathtub was bad. Drain did not work. Walls are very thin you can hear everything going on above below and beside you. Foor was cold. But it is clean. November 19, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Coco Keys -KC The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was extremely cold!!! The windows in the hotel need to be replaced with thermal windows. The ones in the room did not block the outside cold - temps around 10 degrees - and had both thick dark light blocking shades and thick heavy blinds. And while this helped some, it did not allow any natural light into the rooms - and the lighting throughout the hotel was very dim. The hallways, our meeting rooms and the stairwells were the coldest! November 19, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed Room was clean and modern, AC/Heat was very loud had to shut off to sleep. Bathroom was clean, toilet flushed very slow, had to re-flush most of the time. November 17, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good for work and play Originally came to the hotel hoping to stay the entire weekend for a soccer tournament but our team was eliminated early. I was able to use the wi-fi, desk area and quiet with no interruptions to get more work done than I expected. November 16, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place for the quick overnight stay. My fiancee and I visited Kansas City for the weekend, and were glad to find such a great place for a great price. It was one of the cheaper places to stay in Kansas City, which is great, and they had one of the most comfortable beds I've stayed on in a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. We liked the view of the football November 15, 2014
