Thank you all so much for allowing us to have a great weekend with these Beautiful children. We were alittle disappointed witht the breakfast deal. We waited 15 minutes the first morning for a waiter to bring us coffee the breakfast bar had very little food. The second morning we waited over 40 minutes for our food off the menu, while the kids ate off the breakfast bar and were done eating before we even got out food. The third morning we went out to eat. Wasn't worth sitting around waiting for inpatient kids and Grandparents. We loved the water park. Again the kids loved it too. ALSO THE RESTORANT BAD BAD SERVICES AND NOT VERY CLEAN VERY EXPENCIVE FOR THE BREAKFAST. THE BEDS MAKE TO MUCH NOISES LIKE IT OLD BEDS, THE FIRST DAY I HAVE COFFE SHAMPO, EVERYTHING THE NEXT DAY NO CUPS NO SOAP NO NOTHING. THE WATERPARK WE LIKE IT CLEAN AND SAFETY LITTLE EXPENSIVE THE DRINKS BUT MY DAUGHTER ENJOYED THE WATERPARK. October 26, 2012

On Sept 18th through the 21rst we stayed in room 903 and our children and grandkids were in rooom 904. We reported the AC as not working and they did come to the room (903) for repairs. Although the thermostat said 60-62 our room was anything but that. My grandson has Asthma and I also have respiratory issues. On a smaller scale, coffee was provided with one serving package of cream and sugar the first day, the second day.....coffee and NO cream and sugar. There were no wash clothes in our room. Your restaurant facility excelled. The wait staff really went out of their way to serve us. We were credited ($48) I believe for our issues. I called to check on some of our credit card charges and someone is supposed to call me back but I haven't heard from them yet. October 26, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Housekeeping I've stayed at this Hotel many times. The experience is always overall positive. This time was no "monumental" exception. The only over-sight was that we were without face towels on two different occasions. The housekeeping staff said they ran out of towels. This seemed rather odd because this is an item that is possibly used as much as or more than most items in the hotel. Other than this, everything was acceptable or above average. It was a benefit with our convention to have room to have every one of our activities in one place. Holiday Inn Stadium has the room. Thank you!!! October 24, 2012

It is equipped with small or large meeting rooms, knowledgeable and professional staff members are available to assist you. The hotel is clean and the beds are very comfortable. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Front desk Check in was slow as there was some problems with computer or printer or operater error but we got in . Check out was slighly more painful as error in rate had to be fixed and clerk at counter was plensent but unable to do any thing . Had to get another staff person out front to do every thing . Why have her there? Everything got worked out but improvment at front counter would be a plus. October 14, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lots going on...lots of people...NO problem!!! I thought that since there were so many people there for a wedding the U. S. Marine Corps ball & people for the Chief's game that it was going to be out of control...noisy, long lines, waiting for seating in the dining room or bar. I was wrong!! We never had to wait more then a few mintues. We were able to check in & out very quickly with no hassle. I thought that when we went to bed that we were going to hear a lot of noise for other guest going in & out NOT the case! Didn't hear a thing!!! October 13, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by horrible It was the worst two nights of sleep that I have ever had. Our bed was sagging and the pillows were hard and lumpy. We ate one meal in the restraunt and although the server was great, it took our meal over an hour to arrive and it was over done. October 13, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Old & Kinda dirty Hotel is pretty outdated and the staff was slow and disinterested. In town the night before a KC Chiefs game and it felt like we were staying the night in a frat house. Slow and disordered check in. No deference to priorty club members at all. Staff seemed pretty disinterested but were not rude. Got to room and heater would not work. Maintenance guy came up and fixed it right away. He was very nice, courteous, and professional. He had to be the only highlight of our experience at this location. Got up the next day to shower and leave and no hot water. Overheard several people complaining to the front desk about it and they just said "Its a chiefs game and everybody is taking showers at the same time and thats just how it is, nothing we can do about it." Again they just seemed like they could care less. Not a good experience overall and will likely not stay at this location again. October 12, 2012
