Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Everything was good but the cleaning services. On two different occasions I had clothes that didn't return from the cleaning service. I had to call on both occasions to get my clothes delivered to the hotel. I had this same issue once before and I thought things would be better this time but it actually was worst. I was compensated with a night free stay but this time I think I deserve more. November 18, 2014

After staying in several Holiday Inn's and Holiday Inn Expresses (as well as other IHG properties) I would rate this particular hotel at the top of my list. The room set up is fantastic (I prefer the full shower to a bathtub/shower) access to local restaurants is great and many are walking distance. Also there are several good places for a nice run in the morning or evening. The hotel staff is very friendly as well and seem to be willing to help in any way with your needs. November 17, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bar/Lounge The restaurant at the facility was aware that a large number of guests would be eating there on Monday night. They were not prepared for the influx of customers and as aresult they could not provide us with the level of service that would have been expected. Our dinner took over a hour and a half before we received it after ordering. Although they did make it right for breakfast the following days by making a buffet available it still did not meet my expectations. October 27, 2014
