Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by lovely break Great space,roomy.Maybe better lighting.Huge bed,super bathroom with bath.Plenty of towels etc.Hot water galore.Really quiet.Clean kettle and loads of coffee,tea,sugar as well as hot chocolate sachets!Biscuits too.Bus stop just outside for easy travel.Breakfast was amazing and very filling.Would definitely stay here again. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel needs new management Check in and check out process painfully slow. Need to figure out how the rest of the world does "express". Clearly no defined processes exists, which preclude effective training. No modern efficiency processes considered. Hotel looks old despite remodeling just a few years ago. Starting to show wear around the edges. Walls need new paint. wooden door and trim in bathrooms showing the effects of moisture, Need to be replaced or repaired. Pillows are very thin and poor. Feather/down pillows needed. Internet strength is weak Breakfast very poor and boring. No variety and always exactly the same. Where are the pancakes, french toast, waffles, omelets, pastries, more fresh fruit, etc.? The hotel finally started opening the workout room early to accommodate businessmen. (Posted opening time is 7:30am which doesn't work for anyone). Need larger space and more equipment., Only one treadmill. Parking is difficult. Layout poor. Not enough room for all guests. Needed to park at public lot nearby. Also, what is it with all the fire doors? Is England especially prone to fires? I know there is a historical reason here, but some door manufacturers are making alot of money. I needed to go through 7 fire doors just to go from my room to the workout area. I can not blame the employees for the condition of this hotel. The management needs to take responsibility. It can not be so difficult. August 31, 2015

We always enjoy our stay mainly bed and breakfast, and we have booked in at Christmas for two days. We shall be using the hotel on a regular basis for bed and breakfast. August 27, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Value Warwick Castle Package Myself and my family have just enjoyed a one night stay here, on the Warwick Castle package. To say it is excellent value for money is an understatement really. We were greeted by warm & friendly staff, the room was contemporary, clean & comfortable. The food was exceptional and we ate evening meal as well as breakfast. Plus, we got fast track tickets into the castle which was a wonderful day out. All this together with a fantastic location just by a quirky little high street made for a fabulous little break. Looking forward to staying with you again in the not too distant future!
